My cat had a medical emergency and I decided to bring him here since this facility is 24/7. The SECOND I walked in the door, the team started evaluating my cat. The issue was treated and he had to stay for a couple days. The vets and staff continuously kept me up to date on his status and I could tell they genuinely cared about his recovery. As with any emergency bill, it was pricey but they were able to work with me on the financial side of things. The office itself is VERY clean and comforting. I felt so safe bringing my cat here and if anything were to happen in the future this is where I would bring my pets. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful, attentive people at 24/7 Emergency Vet on Rampart. Tonight, they truly saved us. To set the scene: I came home after an hour-long commute to discover that my Amazon order of syringes for my diabetic dog’s insulin wouldn’t arrive until the next evening. Dougie requires insulin both morning and night, and skipping even a single dose could have serious consequences for his health. Dougie has a team of vets—two main ones and a third, which I’ll get to. His primary vet is across town, and I wouldn’t have made it before they closed. His second vet was also closing soon, so I went to Lone Mountain Animal Hospital, which is right down the street from my house. Despite having been a client there for minor treatments, they refused to help. The staff at the counter wouldn’t give me even a few syringes for a life-saving medication, citing prescription rules, even though syringes are sold over the counter at many pharmacies. Feeling frantic, I tried a local pharmacy, but they too were out. Dougie isn’t just a pet; he’s family. His health is a daily commitment, as he has diabetes, early-stage renal failure, and Cushing’s disease. Keeping him stable requires precision, dedication, and most importantly, support from our veterinary partners. Thankfully, the team at 24/7 Emergency Vet on Rampart was my saving grace tonight. They welcomed us without hesitation and provided the syringes we needed, at no charge. Because of their kindness and understanding, Dougie is safe and stable tonight. I’m beyond grateful and will always remember this gesture. Having reliable, compassionate support in our community makes all the difference, and Lone Mountain Animal Hospital fell short when we needed them most. I would not recommend Lone Mountain Animal Hospital to anyone. They’ve overcharged for procedures in the past, and tonight confirmed that they don’t truly prioritize patient care. If you’re looking for a veterinary clinic that actually cares, 24/7 Emergency Vet on Rampart is the place to go. They were there for Dougie when no one else was. 💖💖💖💖💖🙏✨✨✨🐶🐶💖

GO HERE! They let you STAY with your dog! I was unreasonable afraid to go here, worried they would take my loved one to "the back" and I would never see him again. I was also afraid of the price. Would it be like a human emergency room and 10x the cost? Absolutely not! $175 (as of January '25) was the emergency visit cost to be seen by an amazing doctor on a holiday at night. The bloodwork and procedure were both seemingly about the same as my regular vet. You enter into a big room that seemed to me almost like a large ICU - with all the doctors, nurses, and technicians right there! If you need a room with privacy, you can have it. I loved the fact that there was no mysterious "back room". I'd need pages to describe the compassion and competency of the staff. Our nurses and doctor were pretty much the kindest I've ever run into. You can tell they have excellent management. I'm so thankful my pack of rescue chihuahuas have VEG! Thank you VEG, you are truly making a difference in the world.

hands down the BEST emergency veterinarian I've ever been to! my cat John Wayne decided to eat his toy lizards foot off and swallow it whole! Dr.Hazzard and their team were so quick to address the issue and make sure we got the toy foot up ASAP! All staff were so personable and helpful, we couldn't have been in better hands! Thank you for the wonderful experience in some of the most stressful of times! Thank you for caring for my baby as if he was your own🫶

Thank you to the staff for bringing so good to us. My senior dog had to come in here one night and they made sure we were confortable and we can be close to each other. They were busy with another patient and I got to see that going on too they were so caring and while the situation was heart breaking for that family they did everything they could to make it easier. My fatty looks mean and on he did his little grrrr to them when they tried to take his blood. They were so professional and realized he was doing it because he didn't want them to do it to me but he's a good boy in his heart so they took him a little bit back to make him more relaxed. My baby is doing good and living his normal spoiled life again. Thank you for getting us there.

Such a caring facility, ALL the staff are absolutely wonderful: caring, empathetic, down to earth, funny, great at answering all your questions, addressing your concerns, about checking in on you and your fur baby, and being supportive of tough decisions while being very honest. The facility is new and very clean as well as unique in its layout and that fur parents can choose to stay with their babies through pretty much every aspect of exam, tests, and treatment in their open center office. They also have several seating areas and individual exam rooms, even overnight rooms with pull-out couch/sleepers when your pet is touch and go and you don't want to leave their side. For ALL that they do and provide to care for you and you baby, they are extremely reasonably priced for their services. The level or professionalism and humanity went to flawless hand and hand, we will be eternally grateful to them for all they did for our Hunnie. Highly recommend.
