This place is the real deal and restores faith in knowing that businesses like this do still exist. Great customer service, friendly and most importantly compassionate and knowledgeable during an emergency and otherwise stressful situation with our four legged family member. Our pup got bit by a rattlesnake and as soon as we got her to VEG we knew she was in great hands. They thoroughly explained the game plan for testing and treatment, allowed us to stay with her and provided excellent care from beginning to end. Thankfully it was a dry bite and she's making a full recovery. Keep up the great work team, it is very much appreciated!

We had the BEST experience with Dr. Hogann, the technicians and reception team. Our sweet Ollie had a paw laceration from glass he stepped on during a walk, and it was apparent to us he would need anesthesia for stitches. It was New Year’s Day so our normal vet wasn’t open. Veterinary Emergency Group was so quick and responsive when I called, and we were immediately seen for care. The entire team was genuinely compassionate, knowledgeable and responsive. Our little guy is healing up so nicely now and it’s all thanks to this group of heroes in our scary time of need.

Veterinary Emergency Group is the absolute best! A group of caring, knowledgeable Veterinarians & Technicians! If you have any kind of animal/pet emergency, this is a place you can trust to provide excellent & compassionate care. The care given our kitty, Cinder after an exposure to Lily pollen was quick, efficient and thoughtful. And we were able to be with her the entire time and encouraged to call at anytime, just to check on her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND VEG!!!

Doctor Richman and her staff were wonderful. They took a stressful situation and made it so much better with their friendly countenances, efficiency, and calm demeanor. The facility was clean and organized. It’s never a good time to take a pet to an ER vet. I am thankful that ER Vet Emergency Group was there when we needed them. They exceeded our expectations.

Super sweet and helpful staff. Our dog had eaten a chocolate pastry bun that had an unknown amount of chocolate in it and they had her vomiting within 10 minutes of walking through the door. They were absolutely amazing! The staff offered us snacks to help cheer up my husband who had gotten out of bed to drive us. We were out within an hour. Miss Luca says thank you for her new Veggie friends
