My sweet boy decided to inhale a string off a cat toy tunnel and I had to bring him in to get it removed. I previously had to come here for a dog I was dog sitting to be put down so I already knew the care was 10/10, which made my decision to bring my own personal pet an easy one. Immediately my cat was treated and seen by Dr. Gallon. Pricing was very transparent and I was given options and involved in every step of the process. Amber was so sweet and Anthony did a great job as well. Dr. Gallon removed the string from my cat in like 5 minutes and he was back in the room recovering with me. I would recommend this place over and over again. Thank you all for keeping my sweet boy safe and still here with me!!

I'm not even sure where to begin. Just talking about the staff here makes me want to cry. My dog developed an obstruction, they took it so seriously, took amazing care of her and treated her so well. I've been sitting with my dog in a kennel and they wanted to see if she would go outside and pee. She just got out of surgery like 2 hours ago and is already feeling drastically better, even though she's still a little drunk. :) While outside with my puppers, her staff changed her bedding and created a bed for me in her kennel, pillow and all, so I could lay with my dog while she was recovering. They are not the cheapest place, but they actually told me that on the phone when I came to bring her in. They've been upfront about the costs the entire time, no surprises, they've communicated extremely well the entire time! They've loved on my girl, they've made sure she is doing well, checked on her and I continuously, and overall just been amazing. When I asked my vet where would you take your dog, she told me VEG. She was right, the experience has been top notch! Thank you to the staff of VEG who saved the life of my sweet girl. Nova and I are truly grateful!

Wonderful experience taking my dog there at midnight for an infected area on top of his paw. Entire staff was attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. My dog normally is leery of people he doesn’t know, but was calm and interactive with staff members. I love the fact that it’s only about 1/2 mile from my house, too! Totally recommend to anyone needing excellent emergent care for a pet!

I could not ask for a better experience for an emergency situation. The staff was calm, helpful, understanding, enduring, sympathetic, and patient. They let me be with my fur baby the entire time and made sure we were both comfortable. They text me pictures and updates for my baby’s overnight stay.

I am so grateful to have such an incredible facility so close to home in case of emergencies. My dog who is only a year old (and eats everything), swallowed a squeaker toy whole. We called and spoke to the Vet in mins, then brought him over. We were instantly brought back and saw the doctor. They said the medicine would work in 30secs to 5 mins. Within 20 seconds he puked up the toy, Thank God! He then got medicine to help stop the nausea. We were in and out in less than 40 mins! All of the staff that we encountered were so friendly and nice. I instantly felt confident in the team and knew that they’d take great care of him and do all they could to help! I’d recommend this emergency vet to anyone!
