I honestly couldn’t be more thankful for the staff at VEG. When Rocco was having urinary issues throughout the week, I unfortunately needed to travel to the vet a couple of times. Luckily, everyone at VEG was incredibly helpful and transparent, especially about the costs and procedures that needed to be done. The staff are personal and willing to make you and your pet as comfortable as possible. Thank you VEG staff for providing lifesaving care to Rocco and doing everything in your power to ensure Rocco lives a quality life.

Mar 06, 2025 · Veronica KomoroskiDr. Erin and staff are, without a doubt, the very best at what they do. They truly care about not only your pets but also you. Delivering life-changing news is never easy, but if I had a choice, I wouldn't change it. Rest in peace, Jack. Jan 30, 2025 · Kye RaffertyIt wasn’t a cheap visit necessarily but than again, that’s standard in my opinion. I have never been to a vet urgent hospital before so I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a rather cozy and comfortable, enjoyable place. I like the open floor plan, it makes it seem more inviting and less sterile than the vet. Everyone was so amazingly nice, loving and kind to me and my pet. I thought he was initially poisoned by lavender essential oils so they worked with the ASPCA. I found out he was suffering a back injury from a puppy attack a week prior and it had unexpectedly hurt his back seeing as he was an older dog. During the ex ray, you got to watch through a glass door which was definitely sad to watch as an owner but they were kind and I felt comfortable with the way they handled him. They really allowed me to be part of the process and I held him most of the time while they gave him pain medication and took blood. My dog was very anxious and they went out of their way to understand him on a personal level. They even gave me a blanket to cuddle him in. The location is secure and I felt safe within the place late into the night. While I hope I never need to go here again, I felt all the pet owners there seemed at ease making the sick pups at ease as well. I would definitely recommend them for emotional support of the pets and humans alike.
Sep 30, 2024 · Lisa MeolaAbsolutely wonderful staff. Brought my boy in late after work and they made the entire experience so stress free. Thank you to the entire staff for taking care of my baby and making us feel cared for. Not only was everyone compassionate and kind, but everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Thank you again, couldn’t be more grateful!
Nov 08, 2024 · Daniel PerryMy dog had 2 gunshot wounds. The situation was scary and traumatic, the staff made one of our worst moments so much better. They saved our dog, while providing us with EXCELLENT service. We cannot thank them enough for everything. He is healing wonderfully and is back on his feet.
Jan 25, 2025 · Evelin PerryI cannot express enough gratitude to the incredible team at Veterinary Emergency Group. When my cat started showing alarming symptoms—throwing up, blood in his urine, and refusing to eat for two days—I was absolutely devastated. Having lost two pets to kidney issues in the past, I was terrified history might repeat itself. My local vet had switched to appointments only and couldn’t see him, leaving me feeling helpless and overwhelmed. From the moment I called, the person who answered the phone was a beacon of calm and reassurance. They listened to my concerns with such compassion and made me feel like my cat’s well-being was their top priority. When I arrived, I was immediately struck by the openness of the facility—I could see where the doctors were working and where diagnostics were being run. It was such a relief to feel included and informed during such a stressful time. The entire staff was beyond kind and attentive. They offered snacks, water, tea, and coffee, and even brought an extra chair so my mom could sit with me. Despite the chaos of other emergencies, including a dog with its own complications, I never once felt like my cat was forgotten. Their professionalism and empathy made an unbearable situation feel manageable. I hope I never have to bring my cat back under such circumstances, but if I do, I know I’ll be in the best hands. Thank you to everyone at Veterinary Emergency Group for your unwavering support and care. You have no idea how much it meant to me during one of the most frightening moments of my life. You truly are heroes.
