I cannot express how happy I am with my visit today. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted at the door, and my pup was showered with love. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. Kenzie and Dr. Harris worked directly with us, and their compassion and attentiveness truly made all the difference. I’m beyond grateful for their kindness and thoughtful care. This was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency vet care.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Harris and the entire team at VEG. As a veterinary professional, I appreciated the discounts they offered, but more importantly, I was grateful for their compassion and expertise. Instead of seeing my industry experience as a challenge, they viewed it as an asset and helped me make the best decision for my pet. They provided the necessary diagnostics and treatment to stabilize Vincent, ensuring his comfort while allowing me to continue care at my workplace upon discharge. Sadly, Vincent was euthanized just a few hours later, but thanks to Dr. Harris’s honesty and guidance, I was prepared. Her recommendations gave me extra time to love on him and say goodbye properly. Their kindness and professionalism made an incredibly difficult situation a little easier, and I wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive from Franklin, KY, to Franklin, TN, again if another emergency arises.

I could not ask for a better experience than my cat and I had at Veterinarian Emergency Group. Every single person I interacted with showed the utmost compassion to not only my cat but to me as well. Additionally, I was updated often on his progress and all inquiries were met with professional, timely responses. Recommend them 💯.

We have had to take our sun conure here twice and both visits i was more than impressed. Everyone was so kind and professional. They treated our bird like he was their own. They moved quickly and helped save out little baby. I would highly recommend if you need emergency care for your pet.
