Best vet experience we have ever had. Everyone was so helpful and kind. We were met at the door with someone ready to help. My dog’s care was very efficient, and we felt the price was very reasonable, especially with exceptional quality of service we received. We were blown away by VEG. Specifically seeing the providers help other emergencies coming through the door was wonderful in regards to the open concept floorplan. Once our dog was evaluated and confirmed it wasn’t life threatening, it was no problem to see staff members rush to help other pets in need that came in. We credit that to the open concept, and had it been a traditional setup, we would’ve been wondering where the staff members were for a few minutes.

May 15, 2025 · Katelyn WarnerNew to area so not familiar with ER vets near/in Cedar Park. Immediately impressed with the facility. Everything is out in the open so your pet is treated right in front of you. Our pet needed a blood draw but was so dehydrated it was difficult. We were allowed to be with her and hold her to keep her calm. Dr Crawford, nurse Kate and all the techs were extremely gentle with her and after hydration were able to draw the blood. Facility was able to run several types to test to rule out serious issues. We got meds and were also supplied a few days of special food to help our dog recover. One of the better ER vet experiences we’ve had. I liked the fact our dog wasn’t whisked away so we could not observe treatment. She was treated right in front of us and everyone got down on the floor where our dog felt safest and comfortable. If we ever have the need for an ER vet again, Veterinary Emergency Group in Cedar Park is where we will go.
Mar 21, 2025 · Cris MastersIf I could give them more stars I would. The Doctor, Nurses and Techs were AMAZING. The facility was clean and open for us to see all of the care given. They let us know everything before they did for our little Jackie. I will forever be grateful for this location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VEG.,Thank you so much. I pray blessings to you all and wish you financial success.
May 06, 2025 · Orangel Colon PadillaTwo weeks today I almost lost Arlo..We made a special visit .. well a happy visit to say THANK YOU to the team that saved his life!! I can’t recommend VEG in Cedar Park enough.. no one wants to be in that situation but I would have not wanted to be anywhere else!
Feb 05, 2025 · Marnee ThompsonI have visited VEG twice. First time to bring a cat I adopted not long ago who is afraid of people. It was my first time taking her to the vet. She had a lot of tests and everybody was caring, friendly and professional. I was allowed to be present for the testing. All results were printed and thoroughly explained to me. My second visit was to have my senior furbaby cross the rainbow. I need to give special thanks to Dr. Ashley Pritchett for compassionately helping me through the entire process. Shout out to Sheila for a very nice conversation when I called to get some information. I highly recommend VEG! Both my visits were difficult and the entire staff was excellent.
