Had to bring our seven year-old lab in this past Sunday because instead of duck hunting, he thought it would be a good idea to hunt porcupine. The staff at this location did an amazing job, taking care of my dog and letting me be involved in every step of the process. I got to watch him be put under so that they could safely remove the quills and I was able to be there right when he woke up. It provided me and my husband with great comfort to know that our dog was being so well taken care of and to feel like we were a part of the process. I really appreciate the level of care that trigger received and if we ever have another emergency again, we know where to go. Thank you!

I brought my cat Jo to VEG this morning with a large and sudden abscess on her face, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care we received. The staff was incredibly attentive, quickly draining the abscess and ensuring we had a clear plan moving forward. Savannah and Dr. Walter were both amazing, making us feel comforted and well taken care of. I also really appreciated the open concept feel, which allowed me to stay with Jo every step of the way. It made such a difference. I’m so grateful for their help and expertise. Highly recommend to any concerned pet parent!! Thank you so much VEG DTC

I don't know why this place doesn't have 5 ⭐!! I cannot express enough how wonderful they were in mine and my dogs time of crisis🩷 We had to take my Corgi in for an end of life visit. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted by Dr. Light who I spoke with on the phone. She was so compassionate to our situation. We were seated and no sooner did my baby start having a seizure😔 The team rushed over and got it under control for him. They handled it with urgency and a very calm manner. They brought us to a very comfortable and cheery room, where we were able to wait with our dog. It was decided he was not going to get better, and euthanasia would be the kindest option. Everything was thoroughly explained to us beforehand and we definitely didn't feel rushed through the process. We were told to take as much time as we needed with Jingle. They had all the sympathy in the world for how hard this was for us. They knew this is not what I wanted to do, but explained it was the kindest thing and I would be doing the best thing for him. I want to thank the entire staff who worked with us that night. Nurse Summer, who listened with sincere empathy after Jingle was gone. Kimber, who made us several paw prints on paper as well as a ceramic paw and a little jar of hair and even Corgi ear prints! A sincere thanks to Dr. Light for her compassion and understanding of our situation!! Receptionist Jordan, who listened to my feelings while I waited to transfer my dog to get cremated. A HUGE heart-felt thanks 🙏🏼 to Jessica. She couldn't have been more compassionate to how hard it would be for me to drive my dead dog to get cremated. She offered to accompany me on this journey. She not only drove Jingle and used her own gas and time, but waited with me at the shelter for our turn. She made this far less lonely for me. She is a true angel 😇 Anyone who's name I didn't mention, please know what you did is not forgotten!! I was given a list of various places which offered cremation. All of these places were affordable and I found Denver animal shelter to be extremely reasonable!! Everyone involved made the process extremely smooth. A sincere thank you for my incredibly thoughtful sympathy card, signed by many members of the staff who took the time to all write a personalized message for me and Jingle🩷 This place deserves some sort of award. Thank you guys truly from my heart🩷

Everyone at this clinic is amazing! After an extremely stressful morning of not knowing what was going on with our dog, the staff here put us at ease extremely quickly and answered every single question we had (there were A LOT). We were able to see everything that was going on and stayed with Blue for entire visit. She is back to her playful, happy self and we can’t thank you all enough!

I just went tonight in a panic as one does with their fur babies. From the phone call to walking out the door I felt in good hands. I had the pleasure of having Dr.Buerk (sorry if I misspelled) and RVT Melissa. They communicated every step of the way and answered every and all questions I could possibly think of. The facility is like no other ER or vet office I have been to. They have your rooms looking into the treatment area to allow you to see what is going on so there was no secrets. They were just so friendly warm caring. I have no idea why I haven’t brought my little ones here before but if I ever have another emergency (knock on wood) I’ll be coming here! Alfredo and my family thank everyone!
