Jan 04, 2025 · Annette DonnerWe're so grateful for Veterinary Emergency Group! Our dog had a pretty good nail injury that had him bleeding for hours on end and we could not get it to stop after trying EVERYTHING. VEG got us right in and were so kind and friendly with us and our puppy. We felt terrible after quicking him and I was in tears and Shay was so sweet and made me a nice herbal tea for the road while Matisse and Dr. Basilotta took care of our boy. We got a nice wrap for him for a day to get the bleeding to quit and we were on our way. We were met with kindness and care from everyone on staff and never felt judged for bringing in our boy for something as "small" as a broken nail. I highly, highly recommend coming here for any of your animal needs.
Jan 30, 2025 · Nicole ZichtermanWe love VEG Boulder, CO! If you ever need emergency care for your pet, I highly recommend this hospital. They combine excellent medical expertise with genuine compassion for both pets and their owners. One of the things I truly appreciated was that they allowed me to stay with my puppy the entire time. In many emergency situations, pet friends & family are asked to wait in a separate area or waiting room but not here. Thank you again!
Dec 04, 2024 · Zoe AI’m so grateful for the staff here! They took amazing care of my boy and helped put my wife and I at ease during a stressful time. Above and beyond barely begins to describe their knowledge and efforts. We were provided with several options for treatment, clear explanations of the options, and clear and upfront pricing. The layout of the ER makes it so you aren’t separated from your pet and can observe the exams, and treatments. We had to leave our dog with them over night, which is not something we wanted to do because he can be reactive and very anxious in shelters/boarding situations but Dr. Brown took fantastic care of him until he was released in the morning. Something that totally caught is off guard was they had already refunded part of our deposit for an intervention that didn’t work when we went to settle our bill. I can’t recommend VEG highly enough for emergency care of your pets.
Feb 20, 2025 · Tim SpringettMy baby Silver passed away unfortunately. However, all the vets there were just on top of it trying to keep him stable, trying to keep him alive and doing the best that they can for him. They were very understanding when I first arrived, because I was freaking out because I just performed CPR on my dog. I am forever grateful for them for doing everything in their power to help my two-year-old pup! Thank you guys so much.
