There is not a single thing that needs to be improved: everything was incredibly perfect. I was surprised with my dog's birth and Dr. Lisa not only calmed me down and guided me throughout the process but also saved the lives of the mother and baby. I felt very comfortable at VEG, essential for anyone who is trusting their pet’s life on it. It was a very stressful day for me, and I can’t remember all names, but all the staff and the human warmth that made me feel calm and knowing that everything would be okay, is priceless!

We had came in for my mom‘s dog. She was swollen with lots of fluid, and these girls took into action so quickly.I have to say how impressed I was with this place. Everybody was hands on deck. I love how family is able to come inside and sit near their babies. This is the first animal Emergency vet that allows you to come inside and they make you so comfortable the whole time they made sure we had something to drink even some snacks.. Another thing I really loved was during any procedure/testing that they were doing They were right there answering questions. you’re able to see everything that they’re doing first hand We even got to witness some other procedures going on around us, which to me was very informative and I love to witness things like that. I know some people are scared to see this type of stuff, but I know most also want to be there with their babies. There is also a section that you can sit at if you’re the type that you don’t want to see anything. Me on the other hand, I wanted to see and know it all🥹 I don’t like when other places snatch your fur babies up and bring them to the back and you don’t know anything They took out a little over 800 mL of fluid from my mom‘s pup nionio last night. Again I was so impressed with everything!!! If you ever need to take your fur babies to an emergency vet, this is the one don’t look any further just go straight here!! A++++++

If I could give this place 50 stars, I would. I have never met a staff so loving and caring. My baby had to be admitted overnight on his birthday, and the staff decorated and had a birthday party. Got him a card and toy. The medical care was EXCEPTIONAL and the distance they went to make my handsome boy’s birthday special…. Words cannot describe. These people truly care! I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. 🤍

5 stars is definitely not enough! Our 10 year old shepherd had eaten a ball and the surgery was way more complicated than anticipated so my vet said she needed to go someplace to be monitored overnight - we chose VEG and hands down, best decision ever! My fur baby was VERY sick and from Angie in reception to our amazing and ever loving nurse Courtney to all of the incredible physicians they kept us informed of every thing they did and treated Buttercup with such compassion and love and were so good to me and my daughters that were there 24/7 for almost 3 full days! Words cannot express my gratitude for this amazing place!

The staff and facility were amazing taking care of Olive. Dr Jones and Courtney went over and beyond making an unfortunate situation better. Highly record VEG, have never recieved this level of vet care. And we got to stay with Olive in a private room the entire 7 hrs we were there.
