Veterinary Emergency Group

While the night I brought my dog to VEG did not end the way I had hoped, the staff there was amazing. They got to us immediately and we had a doctor and/or tech with us pretty much the whole time. I was able to stay with my dog the entire time and they have it set up nicely so you’re not just sitting on a cold floor. My dog was treated with compassion and the doctor was well versed in treatment options, making sure I had all the information I needed to make a very difficult decision. We were given space and private time together to say goodbye and the whole process was at my pace. Everyone was very kind and I felt very cared for while I was there. A few days later, I got a card from their office with personal messages from all those we interacted with that night. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. I would highly recommend VEG to anyone experiencing an emergency.

I found this place by doing a google search a few weeks ago when our senior dog had a stroke after hours. Everyone, from the first phone call to the entire staff at the facility were amazing. We didn't have to wait too long to be seen. We took our Sophie girl home that night, but had to make the difficult decision to help her cross over the rainbow bridge. We brought her back to VEG the next morning for that. The staff was helpful, compassionate and the room they put us in was serene and peaceful. They were patient and kind and gave us the time and space we needed. We received a nice handwritten card from them and they took her paw prints for us. We often encounter sub-par service in our day to day adventures. It's nice to see there are still people that are dedicated to serving others. Highly recommend this Veterinarian group.

My kitty Shirley was vomiting clear fluid and heaving and she was not eating. She was hunched over in pain. She's an indoor cat and I was so worried about this unusual behavior. I called my VET and he advised me to take her to VEG. He said they just opened on August 1, 2024. I brought her in and I was impressed by the open and clean environment. The staff was amazing. I felt the love and care for myself and Shirley. Luckily she had a minor digestive issue and was treated there and got to go home with some new dietary recommendations. I am so happy to know they are there. I told my friends and neighbors with pets about it too. The location is convenient and what a comfort to know they are there.

VEG is the best emergency vet around! I brought my ferret in over concerns of a gastric ulcer. Dr. Schultz was extremely thorough and offered a straight forward, reasonable treatment option. All services were transparent and in the best interest of my ferret. The vet nurse was knowledgeable and explained sub Q fluid administration well. Also, the receptionist, Crystal, was very companionate upon checking us in. I can confidently say VEG has priority in pet care and client satisfaction. Their pricing is fair, given with options, and necessity.

At one of the most difficult times, you made my husband and I feel so comforted! Something the emergency vet field, I feel is sorely missing. In addition,you guys were extremely professional and competent. We felt like our boy, Cooper was in excellent hands and with great compassion! Something else that shocked my husband and I was the fact that we needed to transfer $$ into our account because we were not anticipating this terrible situation! You guys were so chill about this and only asked that we put a down payment on the care! We then paid the balance the next day! All of the nurses and Dr. Thaeder were awesome and I could tell that they really cared about Cooper and us! Then, on top of all of this, we got a beautiful card where the whole staff that worked on Cooper, wrote heart felt notes to us! I have a difficult time crying for some reason, even when my heart is breaking, but this card allowed me to cry! Thank all of you guys from the bottom our hearts! This is the number one place to go if your doggie or kitty is in trouble!
