Veterinary Emergency Group

I already knew my pup, Leah’s kidneys were in rough shape. My regular vet suggested a hospital stay for fluids. They recommend a few other emergency vets but I decided to do my own research & saw that VEG had great reviews. I love the open atmosphere. I love that you can be present during treatment. Yes the price is high but that’s normal for emergency vet services. The staff was awesome. I’ve been busy at home continuing to care for Leah but I figured a late review is better than no review! I’ve been a groomer for 10 years and their clinic inspired me to maybe explore something in the veterinary field! Thank you guys. 🐾

Our pup got a deep laceration and she needed immediate medical attention. Living near Cordes Junction and calling our local Veterinarians and even a couple North Phoenix locations, no help was found and some dismissive. Then I found VEG…70 miles away…worth the trip. Kind, patient and professional on the phone. Immediately sent me a link to get her signed in. Two hours later she was in the best veterinary care I’ve witnessed in my adult life. They explained what procedure she needed and then found out they have a First Responder discount. They welcomed us to watch everything from the moment we arrived. Can’t say enough great things about Urgent Pet Care VEG provides. Thank you to the entire staff!!

My husband and I woke up in the middle of the night to our dog in severe pain and in need of medical attention. We took her to VEG and I can honestly say these amazing people saved our dog’s life. She was able to get ultrasounds, X-rays, and ultimately emergency surgery to remove foreign material (our cat litter mat) out of her stomach. They were transparent and understanding with cost, and made sure we understood our dog’s plan of care. I would not have been able to get through one of the scariest nights, without the knowledge and support of everyone who works there. Thank you for everything you do for our animals! My husband and I are so grateful you are in our community.

Our Daenerys (Dany) had GDV on Dec. 17 and our local emergency vet was unable to do surgery after midnight. Luckily the local DVM called VEG at the Biltmore and they were prepared to take her right into surgery. This place was magical- from Dr Sara to Lupe, Rebecca and Dr Toomey- everyone at the clinic was fabulous! Dany made it through surgery and I believe the reason she is here today is because they allowed us to stay with her so she wasn’t along through the process. What a great concept and a great place!! I highly recommend this facility for any pet emergency needs! She is doing well a week after major surgery thanks to VEG!

We unfortunately had to have our sweet Miss. Lady across the rainbow 🌈 Bridge. They were very compassionate & understanding. They make you feel so comfortable & gives you time with your baby in a very soothing room so you have privacy during your hard time. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs a great place to go. Thank You so much to them for everything.. 🥺
