Veterinary Emergency Group

We had to visit Veterinary Emergency Group for an unfortunate circumstance. We rescued a couple kittens and one became noticeably sick. We rushed him to VEG and we were taken in very quickly considering how busy they were. The person who did the intake was very kind and understanding. She kept us informed and got us to one of the side rooms within 5 minutes of getting there. We were soon seen by Dr. Schultz who did an exam and took blood for testing. We were informed of 3 treatment options from low to higher cost. We elected to admit our kitten for monitoring. We later received a phone call and were faced with the worst decision a pet owner has to make. We rushed back to VEG to say goodbye and Dr. Schultz and tech Destinee were extremely caring and supportive throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly and we were made as comfortable as we could be. I can't say enough about the ALL the staff at VEG. You made something hard and terrible actually bearable with your support. Thank you so much. I would recommend VEG to anyone with emergency pet needs.

I have had to visit this location a few times. Each time it was great. Got right in. Stayed with my pet reducing his stress.. and mine. I have 5 dogs and 3 have been there. I wouldn't go elsewhere.

I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff, we had driven from Yuma due to being unable to find any help. We had arrived at roughly 8:30 last night after calling ahead. Everything that was done was thoroughly explained and they were great with my pup, who is not a small dog. Stella was completely at ease with everyone there. I cannot thank you all enough for last night. My dog is my world and it’s heartwarming to see a staff that all seem to care so much. Kathryn and everyone last night were a big help. These people are great. I can’t express how grateful I am.

Orion went in after a neuter gone wrong. We walked in to a spotless and welcoming environment staffed with friendly, professional and knowledgeable people. They fixed him right up and alleviated a ton of stress and fear on our end. THANK YOU so much for taking a terrible situation seriously and handling it with excellent care and compassion. Orion, Sara and I are incredibly grateful ❤️

We brought our Ollie in after he lost mobility in his back legs and I’m so glad we brought him here. From the moment we walked in, we were met with calm reassurance that helped us through one of the worst nights. Dr. Bradley and Dr. Schultz were so reassuring and transparent with us throughout every step. I wish I had gotten the names of the staff that took care of us overnight because they made all the difference. We ended up staying the night and slept in one of their rooms. They made us feel so comfortable and made sure we knew what was going on throughout. The vet techs that took care of us treated him like he was their own and were attentive, genuine, and kind. They were so compassion towards us and towards some owners who weren’t as lucky as us. Dr. Bradley checked on us emotionally and it meant so much to us. I would hands down recommend this place and this group of people to anyone.
