I first went here on Christmas day because my cat was straining and had a urinary blockage. I took him in and the immediately helped my fur baby out. Fast forward to this past Saturday, my cat started blocking again. I took him in again and they immediately went to his aid. I was there for a while on the line with Care Credit to get my financial stuff situated and the staff were so patient and helped me work around the issue I was having. I especially want to shout out Kaitlyn who worked at the front desk that day. She was so kind, proactive, and considerate of my situation. I was under an immense amount of stress and she did everything in her power to help me out. I also want to shout out her manager, who I didn’t meet, but whoever they were helped me out as well. Lastly, Dr. Love - she was great and providing me with in-depth knowledge about urinary blockages and gave me some helpful advice. I am so grateful for the wonderful service I have received here. Thank you all for working together to help me and my Chief!

Feb 19, 2025 · Destiny RoseEfficient and attentive I called to make a follow up appt for Rocket. He just had another one of his eating episodes. The person who booked my follow up, said she was going to call me and check on Rocket in a few days to make sure he's alright, if it turns out he didn't need emergency care. She called on a Sunday to make sure he was ok. Also, Dr. Mordecai making week end calls to check in and update was so unexpected but very appreciated. The attentiveness of the staff towards Rocket has not gone unnoticed.
Dec 22, 2024 · Laura Nadon-PetersenDr. Wood was very capable and did great at explaining things to me. She was able to guide me through difficult decisions with empathy and understanding, while maintaining a practical approach to our issue. All of the staff was extremely helpful, personable, and kind. I had originally scheduled with the incorrect department and they read over my pet's file and called me to help me schedule with surgery instead. I would definitely return if I needed any critical care for my pets in the future. Knowledgeable and compassionate staff. Dr. India Wood - thanks for being yourself and treating not only pets, but clients with care and respect.
Mar 06, 2025 · LascaThese folks are incredible. From the day they hospitalized our old boxer with newly diagnosed cardiomyopathy, to the day he sadly passed we were incredibly impressed by their expertise and compassion. I truly feel our old boy got the best care possible there. Thank you for all your team does.
Oct 29, 2024 · Jennifer LizcanoI dealt with multiple doctors and assistants during my visit, and all were super friendly and helpful. I brought my dog in with emergency eye issues, and the first doctor was going to set up an appointment the next day with an ophthalmologist, but it turned out there was one who was free and offered to take a look immediately. Each doctor took the time to explain what was going on and what they determined. Charges were minimized, with me only being charged for the specialist's exam. There was surprisingly little waiting for a place dealing with non-stop emergencies, and they were very efficient in handling the paperwork and bringing me the prescriptions in the exam room. This was our second time here, and both times, we had nothing but positive feelings about the staff and the check-in, check-out, and follow-up procedures. Ophthalmologist Dr. Weinstein was great for volunteering to look immediately at my dog's eyes during my emergency walk-in visit. They obviously care for the animals' welfare and understand how concerned we humans are about what's happening to them.
