I can’t say enough good things about this veterinary clinic! My dog was having episodes of scissors, and the care she received was nothing short of extraordinary. The neurologist (Dr Lim) who assisted us was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough in explaining every step of the process and care to our loved dog. The staff at the clinic are equally fantastic—so caring and attentive. They made sure both my dog and I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire experience. You can tell they genuinely care about their furry patients and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and kindness we experienced was remarkable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!

Dec 10, 2024 · Taciana MaiolinoSaw Dr Mason for a diagnosis of our cat’s kidney issues. He found the likely underlying cause quickly and was kind and helpful with next steps. Gave cost estimates where needed and was understanding of financial considerations. Wonderful experience all around. Cat is doing very well now!
Nov 29, 2024 · Madelaine Lyons CooperWorst experience of my life. I went in at 4am Saturday morning. My dog went from running laps at 35kmh to being completely lethargick and signs of yellowing(livered failure) and me showing up at this " Emergency Vet" in under 36 hrs. Before I finished the paperwork and them taking a $550 deposit the vet was waiting to tell me he had to be put down. No ? Of any care that could be done. I said no I'm taking him home I can see if my friends that had offered could help with cost see what is happing and maybe save him. She said to me liver is painfull way to die and I responded but he isn't in pain now. I asked when would he how much time? She replied right I don't know when I ask her what signs should I look for that its going to start being painful. She replied by I don't know. I again then said no.I'm taking a home with me if he starts feeling pain I will have him put down. She replied fine but I'm going to right against doctors orders and that what I was doing was cruelty over and over that what i was going to do was cruel. I gave up I didn't know what to do I asked to spend time with him again he was in no pain at all. By 4:30am he was put down. After taking him away I was given a bill for $510 I was outright shock I was told that's because the cremation witch did not give me the option for getting his remanes back was so expensive more than half my bill. I have had my last 2 dogs cremated and know the cost $350. I said no I'll take him home and take him to the same crematorium as I did with my others and pay the extra hundred so he could be 1 cremated with the dignity of not being just piled on others as he was cremated but 2 his ashes would be with his other brothers home with me. I got Rolex back and was absolutely inconsolable. Waiting for them to take of the cremation charge and return the money to my card. Finnaly they came back and said that my bill was now $470. My stomache dropped i ask how if it was the most expensive part. Was it only $40 less now?I was told that she had not charged me for a bunch of things but now decided to. I replied that I can't afford another $350. I've already taken this 550 out of my rent money that I'm not going to be able to pay this month. I could afford an extra $100 because of what it would meant to me but I can't take him now because I can't pay that and I had to leave Rolex there. They came back with my bill. Charge the 550 the whole deposit. Not 510 and put on my bill. That I was paying two hundred and sixty three of that dollars before tags for the cremation that I did not want. I left before 5am all this in 1 hour. This was less than 2 weeks ago and everyday since I have cried and hated myself for letting her guilt and shame me into both putting him down then forced to let them dispose of him literally as garbage dumped on a pile of other dead animals and throwen into the garbage after. Now who was inhumane. Please say something we trust these places to help our animals in emergency situations not give up because they think you can't afford to try. Or giving me options that may be there but no guarantees were needed her killing him was what she did he had time to try. She decided HE WASN'T WORTH THE TIME!
Nov 29, 2024 · Orfeo. D. PagliacciI heard it on the grape vine, that VEC are very good at what they do even though they are expensive. I do agree but I think you get what you pay for. Everyone I had contact with is very professional and caring. I was very comfortable leaving Leon in their care priory to his leg surgery. After care and information regarding his procedure was excellent and after 4 days, Leon is on his way to rehabilitation. Thank you to the wonderful team!
Oct 03, 2024 · Colin GerrardWe had to visit VEC for our little girl's dental surgery and were absolutely thrilled with the service and compassion Dr. DeRose showed us. Our little one has some mild health issues, which could have been a bit of a challenge but not for him. He explained what he was going to be doing and updated us along the way as we were quite anxious. We knew she was in great hands. All the staff were amazing.
