First time puppy owner, first vet visit over the weekend, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went with my baby, Peppino…from the moment we walked through the door to when we left. The front desk team was so welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process seamless and stress-free. The veterinary technicians were beyond amazing! They handled Peppino with such care and gentleness, taking time to explain everything they were doing while giving me helpful tips for being a first-time puppy owner. I could tell they genuinely love animals and their job, which made me feel so reassured. And the vet, Dr. Merker, took the time to do a thorough check-up, answer all my questions (and I had a lot), and give me valuable advice on nutrition, training, and vaccinations. Overall, I’m so grateful to have found a place where Peppino and I are treated with such kindness and professionalism. Thank you for making this first visit such a great experience!

I recently had my dog neutered at Veterinary Care Group -Whitestone and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The staff were both professional and friendly, ensuring that my dog was well taken care of from start to finish. The procedure went smoothly, and the post-operative care instructions were clear and helpful.

We brought our cat Cookie who is at the end of her life (18) and in occasional pain. The vet Priscilla was very honest with us and didn’t recommend a procedure for her because of her age. She did prescribed pain medication which helped This was our first time there and we were very impressed. Everyone there was very nice and caring. We highly recommend Veterinary Care Group of Whitestone!

These amazing people have taken care of my Husky and Pomsky since they were 3 months old and this year they turn 5. Dr.Rojas is the greatest and the amazing team is always warm welcoming and loving. I travel all the way from Brooklyn and it’s worth the trip everytime. Thank you for taking care of Stark and Stella always.

The staff here is always absolutely wonderful and extremely caring for all their patients. Their patience and attention to detail is absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend taking your fur babies here ! Dr. Rojas is an amazing vet & everyone here is so friendly.

Being a first time puppy owner my family and I are new to many things. The moment we walked into the office we felt so welcomed from receptionist, vet assistants, and the doctor. The staff is very welcoming. I loved at how much information I was given in regards to my puppy. We were blessed to have our first appt with Dr.Pozo. She is very gentle, very detailed with her physical exam. Dr.Pozo explained to me what are common concerns expected for the breed of my puppy, what vaccines she needs, diet recommendations, etc. Thanks also to the vet assistants Joseph, Laura, and Stacey. Everyone treated my puppy with care and love. Definitely will recommend this vet office and Dr.Pozo to all my friends and family. By the way Dr.Pozo has such smooth hands that my fur baby did not cry when she was vaccinated. Thank you every one for the care you provide.

They have a wonderful team of Doctors and an incredible staff. I always feel confident and well informed about what is going on when my pets are having an issue. I was just there with my Bouvier des Flanders who is having (possibly some serious issues) I left the office feeling educated and understanding what tests need to be done. I have confidence in what ever the outcome is they will give her the best care. Fingers crossed it won’t be serious!
