Booking appointment was easy. Vet was on schedule so this piece was great. Received a prescription for flea meds which has been declined and cancelled from the on-line store because they need to see our pets first. They gave me the prescription after our 7/13 appointment and as of 8/12, I still haven't gotten the prescription they gave me to go through. We even called customer service and it still got cancelled. This is not worth the hassle!!!

Vetco Vaccination Clinic Introduce
Looking for a "Pet Hospital" in Troy, Ohio primarily focused on vaccinations? Vetco Vaccination Clinic, located at 1893 W Main St, Troy, OH 45373, offers vaccination services for pets. You can contact them at (937) 339-7398 or +1 937-339-7398.
Based on customer reviews, Vetco Vaccination Clinic offers convenient appointment booking and operates efficiently, with the veterinarian reported to be on schedule. This can be a significant benefit for pet owners seeking timely service for their pet's vaccinations.
However, one customer experienced issues with fulfilling a prescription for flea medication obtained during their visit. The online store declined and cancelled the prescription, citing the need to see the pet first, despite the prescription being issued after an appointment. Even after contacting customer service, the prescription remained unfulfilled for nearly a month. This suggests a potential disconnect between the in-clinic prescription process and the online pharmacy fulfillment.
On a more positive note, another customer shared a very favorable experience regarding the clinic's handling of their fearful and reactive dog. Despite their dog typically needing a muzzle at their primary vet's office, the Petco vet tech at Vetco Vaccination Clinic was able to manage the dog without a muzzle, leading to a smoother and less stressful experience than anticipated. The customer described the experience as "great" and the staff as "friendly," and they intend to continue using the clinic for annual vaccines and have recommended it to others. This highlights the clinic's potential to handle anxious pets with care and expertise.
As a "Pet Hospital" specializing in vaccinations in Troy, OH, Vetco Vaccination Clinic appears to offer convenient and efficient service, with staff who can be particularly good with fearful animals. However, potential issues with prescription fulfillment through their online store should be considered. For local pet owners seeking vaccination services, Vetco Vaccination Clinic may be a good option, especially if your pet is anxious during vet visits. It would be advisable to clarify the process for prescription fulfillment, especially if you intend to use their online store.

Aug 12, 2024 · Saucee 937My dog is really fearful and reactive towards strangers. This was his first time going to the clinic and I was a little worried he wouldn't cooperate. He usually ends up muzzled at the primary vet's office. I told the Petco vet tech that my dog may need muzzled, but they didn't seem too concerned. They were so great with him, and the whole process went way more smoothly than I had imagined it would. Great experience, friendly staff. I will definitely continue to use the clinic for annual vaccines and have recommended it to friends and family.
