They said my dog was 18lbs so he should b fine for his shots and microchip. The microchip didnt seem to affect him but he has been acting like he has the flu every since the second day. Gunk in eyes, no energy, no strength, no appatite, wont drink water hardly. Can't hold his leg to pee. I'm scared to hive him the booster. He was completely healthy b4 the shots. No worms or anything.visit cost $200. Update: my dog is feeling much better today.

Oct 24, 2024 · Kristina Woodsmall (ARt LLC)While the process for vaccination was done efficiently I witnessed the vet tech trying to get my dog on the exam table. He grabbed my dog in such an awkward way that my dog was not secure and in turn yelped in pain and got very scared. They then tried to explain it off that my dog had a previous injury or fear of being picked up. My dog has NEVER shown any pain or fear from being picked up by me or other vets and groomers and he has NO injuries or back or hip problems. The vet examined my dog and did not find any injuries thankfully and just said that he probably got scared. The other tech taking notes stated they would note in his file not to pick him up in the future, which I was fine with because I never want to see my dog get scared or hurt like that again. However, when I got my emailed records that is not what was written. His file now says, "Do not pick up, screams and may bite." My dog has NEVER even growled at someone let alone nipped or tried to bite. I am extremely frustrated that his file now labels him as a possible biter let alone that this all occurred because of the way he was lifted up. I have used Vetco vaccinations for years but I will not likely use them again.
Jul 04, 2024 · Andrea Launiour baby girl needed her Rabies shot so that we could get her registration renewed. They were very friendly, accepting walk-ins & got us taken care of right away no wait time at all. We were in & out in less than 30 min & charge was only $40.
Mar 07, 2024 · Tanya Vaughn (RDNCK78)Lovely vet experience. The techs were amazing and so nice. However, when I was checking out, one of your female employees was complaining about how “she hates when people” take the last cart, and how she hates people, presumably talking about me to my face. Very rude and inappropriate conversation to have on the floor in front of a customer, especially ABOUT a customer. By the way, the containers were small enough to stack, no cart needed. Get real.
Feb 10, 2023 · BeeMy appt was at 8am groomer was on time, but everything was locked. He texted a 16-person grp chat no answer, called the GM no answer, called managers no answer, knocked on the back door no answer and started called random ppl in the grp chat no answer. This is the worst possible situation. A mgr showed up with another employee in their car and said the interstate 17 was being diverted, but why didn't you just answer you phone instead of showing up 25 minutes late?!?!?!? Either give grooming a key or be on time! I did get 25% off my groom but my sheltie didn't look like a sheltie anymore. She was there almost 5-hours and Jacob the groomer still asked me on the phone how her haircut was supposed to be, meaning he was cutting other dogs too. Her mane was completely gone and uneven. Her skirt was still, she's not a cattle dog. I had to pay before picking her up which meant I had to tip blindly. 😟😟 I have been taking her to Petco since she has arrived into the states from London and now I either try PetSmart or drive to Chandler Petco where they made her look like a show dog!!!! Very disappointed in this visit. Won't be back again. Management is very unprofessional! Idk how they can be management?!?!
