Absolutely HORRIBLE! My original appointment was scheduled for 3:40pm on 2/7/25! Now the dog before mine bites the vet, they close the clinic. Which is understandable, I’m given a new appointment slot for 2/8/25 at 11:40am. I arrive at 11:30am to find a full line. I ask Danny, who is assisting the line, “are you all running behind, I have an 11:40am appointment?” He tells me, “yes, we wouldn’t get to you for about another 40mins.” Why was there no email, text or ANY COMMUNICATION TO INFORM OF THIS DRASTIC DELAY??! Absolutely horrible customer service. Danny who shrugs his shoulders and goes, “it’s only two of us.” Again, I’m very disappointed because with proper communication this wouldn’t have been an inconvenience. There’s no care for anyone’s time and if I would’ve waited they would’ve STILL made me pay full price for service they WERE EXTREMELY BEHIND ON RENDERING. DONT DO APPOINTMENTS IF YOU ARENT GOING TO BE ON TIME OR INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS OF YOU RUNNING BEHIND!

Welcome to Vetco Vaccination Clinic

Welcome to an introduction of Vetco Vaccination Clinic, located at 13025 Victory Blvd in North Hollywood, CA. Operating under the platform category of 'Pet Hospital,' Vetco Vaccination Clinic primarily focuses on providing vaccination services for pets. As potential local users consider this clinic for their pet's needs, it's important to review available information to form an objective understanding of what to expect. The following introduction is based on the limited information provided, which includes the clinic's contact details, address, and a couple of recent customer reviews detailing their experiences.

Based on the provided reviews, insights into the environment of Vetco Vaccination Clinic are somewhat limited but offer some perspective. One reviewer described arriving to find a "full line," indicating that the clinic can get busy. Another mentioned that "the clinic is only there every other Saturday," which suggests a potentially temporary or periodic setup at this location rather than a full-time, daily operating 'Pet Hospital' in the traditional sense. This limited availability might contribute to periods of high traffic and longer wait times. While the physical ambiance of the clinic isn't described in detail, the reviews point to a potentially high-volume environment on the days they are open. Prospective clients should be aware of the possibility of queues and the clinic's specific operating schedule.

As the name suggests, the primary service offered by Vetco Vaccination Clinic is likely the administration of vaccinations for pets. This falls squarely within the 'Pet Hospital' category, focusing on preventative care. It can be inferred that they offer a range of common vaccines for dogs and cats to protect against various diseases. However, the negative reviews raise concerns about the efficiency and accuracy of their service delivery. One customer who had a scheduled appointment experienced a significant delay, being told they would have to wait an additional 40 minutes beyond their appointment time due to the clinic running behind. This suggests potential issues with scheduling and time management. Furthermore, another review highlighted a critical error in their dog's medical record, where incorrect information was recorded. The customer's attempt to rectify this through customer service was unsuccessful, leading to the possibility of needing to pay for another vaccination sooner than necessary. These experiences indicate that while vaccinations are the core service, the execution and follow-up, including record-keeping and communication, may be areas of concern for potential clients.

The features of Vetco Vaccination Clinic, as perceived through the lens of these reviews, present a mixed picture. On one hand, being a vaccination-focused clinic might suggest efficiency in providing this specific service. However, the reported significant delays for scheduled appointments contradict this expectation. A notable feature mentioned is the limited operating schedule of being "only there every other Saturday," which could be both a convenience for some and a limitation for others needing more immediate or flexible scheduling. The negative reviews highlight potential shortcomings in customer service, specifically the lack of communication regarding delays and the difficulty in correcting errors in medical records. The fact that customer service couldn't directly amend the incorrect record and the clinic itself is only accessible intermittently could be seen as a significant drawback. These issues raise concerns about the reliability and responsiveness of the clinic, particularly regarding appointment adherence and the accuracy of medical documentation.

Currently, the provided information does not include any promotional details for Vetco Vaccination Clinic. Vaccination clinics sometimes offer package deals for a series of vaccinations or discounts during certain times. However, based on the experiences shared in the reviews, potential local users might be more concerned with the reliability of the service and the accuracy of their pet's records rather than promotional offers at this point. It would be advisable for anyone considering Vetco Vaccination Clinic to inquire directly about their processes for scheduling, handling delays, and ensuring the accuracy of medical records.

In conclusion, Vetco Vaccination Clinic in North Hollywood, CA, operates as a 'Pet Hospital' specializing in vaccinations. While the concept of a focused vaccination clinic can be appealing for preventative care, the available customer reviews raise significant concerns regarding appointment punctuality, communication about delays, and the accuracy of medical record-keeping. The limited operating schedule of being open only every other Saturday is also a factor for potential clients to consider. Based on this limited information, particularly the negative experiences shared, local users might want to weigh these factors carefully when deciding where to take their pets for vaccinations. Further investigation or seeking more recent feedback might be beneficial before choosing this clinic. As there is no promotional information available, the focus should be on the reported service quality and operational aspects.

They recorded the wrong information on my dog's medical record. I didn't notice until a couple days later when I reviewed the emailed documents. The clinic is only there every other Saturday, so you can't call the actual clinic. When reaching out to the customer service number, they said they can't change the record. So now the information is just wrong and now we have to pay for another vaccination in a year $$$. It is not acceptable for medical information to be incorrect. I do not recommend using them.

Never! Never come here if you like your animal. No care about animal and customer, only money and business here.
