Vetco Vaccination Clinic Introduce
Welcome to the introduction of Vetco Vaccination Clinic, a Pet Hospital located at 2706 US-22, Union, NJ 07083, USA. While specific details about the clinic's environment are not extensively described in the provided reviews, it's reasonable to infer that Vetco Vaccination Clinic is designed to be efficient and focused on the quick and effective administration of vaccines. The emphasis appears to be on providing a streamlined process for pet owners seeking essential vaccinations for their animals. The varying customer experiences suggest that interactions may differ depending on the staff member and the specific circumstances of the visit.
The primary service offered by Vetco Vaccination Clinic, as indicated by its name and a customer review, is the provision of vaccinations for pets. This includes essential shots such as rabies vaccines, as mentioned by one reviewer who sought this specific service. While the reviews do not detail the full range of vaccines offered (e.g., distemper, parvovirus for dogs; feline leukemia, FVRCP for cats), it can be assumed that the clinic provides a variety of core vaccinations necessary for maintaining your pet's health and complying with local regulations.
One of the notable features highlighted in a positive review is the exceptional customer service provided by at least one employee, Sean. This individual is commended for being helpful and knowledgeable, offering guidance to a pet owner facing an issue with their cats and providing effective steps to resolve the problem. This positive interaction suggests that some staff members at Vetco Vaccination Clinic are dedicated to assisting pet owners and providing valuable advice beyond just administering vaccinations.
However, another review presents a contrasting experience regarding customer service and clinic policies. This customer encountered difficulties due to arriving slightly late for a scheduled rabies vaccination appointment, attributing the delay to traffic. Despite only needing a quick vaccine, the reviewer reported being refused service due to the staff's impending lunch break. The reviewer described one staff member as rude and unaccommodating, while noting that a younger staff member was kinder. This incident raises questions about the clinic's scheduling flexibility and customer service approach, particularly when faced with minor delays.
The negative review also highlights a potential scheduling constraint, with the clinic apparently having a lunch break at 1:00 PM for an appointment scheduled at 12:40 PM. The reviewer expressed concern about whether a vaccination appointment could realistically be completed within a 20-minute window, especially considering potential unforeseen delays. This suggests that while the primary service is quick vaccinations, adherence to a strict schedule might be a priority for the clinic.
Currently, there is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews. Therefore, it is not possible to comment on any special offers or discounts that Vetco Vaccination Clinic might be providing. For information on pricing, package deals, or any ongoing promotions, it would be best to contact the clinic directly.
In summary, Vetco Vaccination Clinic in Union, NJ, operates as a Pet Hospital focused on providing pet vaccinations. Customer experiences appear to vary, with one reviewer praising the amazing customer service of a particular employee, Sean, while another reported a negative experience involving refusal of service due to a minor late arrival and a perceived prioritization of a lunch break. The clinic offers essential vaccinations, but potential clients should be aware of the possibility of strict adherence to appointment times. For detailed information on the range of vaccines offered, clinic policies, and any current promotions, please contact Vetco Vaccination Clinic directly at (908) 378-6190 or +1 908-378-6190.

Amazing customer service. we had a problem with our cats and one of the employees Sean helped us out and gave us all the right steps to make the problem go away and he was really nice. Thank you so much!
Apr 08, 2025 · SaraUnfortunately my pet had an accident in the car and we were stuck in traffic on US 22. We were about 10 minutes late because of this. However I just needed a vaccine shot, only the rabies. But they were so worried about making their lunch that they refused me service. I didn’t catch her name but the clearly much older lady was the rude one turning around and scoffing off when we explained the situation. The young lady at the counter was much kinder. I don’t see how the entire visit was suppose to fit in a 20 minute time slot. Yes my appointment was at 12:40, but they said they had lunch at 1:00pm. Weird scheduling.
Nov 23, 2024 · Lauren LynnDouble charged for a service even though I called ahead of time and was told I would NOT be charged again. Rude staff and the way they handled my dog who has anxiety was HORRIFYING. I’ll never be back here for vaccine services.
Jan 03, 2025 · ireneTerrible experience with ZERO common sense. We have an old cat that has vet anxiety. The first time at the clinic the team allowed me to stay with my cat and extract him from the carrier. We worked together and had a fine visit. Today, the team refused to let me into the examination room. The cat was so anxious that he hissed in obvious discomfort. They refused to booster but pre charged me the service. STICK to your policy. If you let me handle my cat two weeks ago, don’t change your mind today. It was a HUGE waste of time. I would like a refund for the service I didn’t receive.
Aug 01, 2024 · Esli TedinoThe experience at this place was great. The doctor loves animals, the nurses are friendly, and the receptionist patiently explained some detailed questions. We prefer the doctor at this Petco.
