0 stars, did not listen when telling them not to give all vaccines in the same day and almost killed her. Vet was more concerned about placing blame than helping, made horrible. Technician compared the clinic to "McDonald's" and isn't actively equipped. If you care about your pets DO NOT TAKE THEM TO ANYTHING FROM VETCO.

Vetco Vaccination Clinic can be contacted via phone at (412) 856-9920 or through their mobile number, +1 412-856-9920. While specific details about the clinic's environment are not extensively available online, it's typical for vaccination-focused clinics to maintain a clean and efficient setting to ensure the comfort and safety of your pets during their visit. The focus is generally on streamlined processes to make the vaccination experience as stress-free as possible for both pets and their owners.
The core service offered by Vetco Vaccination Clinic is, as the name suggests, vaccinations. This includes a range of essential vaccines for both dogs and cats, designed to protect them from common and potentially serious diseases. Vaccinations are a cornerstone of preventative veterinary care, helping to build immunity and safeguard your pet's health and well-being. While the primary focus is on vaccinations, pet hospitals often provide related services to complement this core offering. These may include:
- Routine Vaccinations: Core vaccines recommended for all pets, as well as lifestyle-based vaccines tailored to your pet's specific needs and risk factors.
- Booster Shots: Ensuring continued immunity through timely booster vaccinations.
- Microchipping Services: A vital service for pet identification and recovery in case they get lost. (Note: One customer review mentioned a failure to scan a microchip, indicating potential inconsistencies in this service).
- Basic Wellness Checks: Some vaccination clinics may offer brief health assessments prior to vaccination to ensure your pet is healthy enough to receive them.
- Flea and Tick Prevention Advice: Guidance on protecting your pet from external parasites.
It's important to note that information regarding the full spectrum of services offered by Vetco Vaccination Clinic is limited based on the provided information. To gain a comprehensive understanding of all available services, contacting the clinic directly is recommended.
Based on the limited information available, it is challenging to definitively outline the unique features of Vetco Vaccination Clinic compared to other pet hospitals. However, focusing specifically on vaccinations could be considered a feature in itself, potentially allowing for a more streamlined and efficient process for this particular aspect of pet care. This specialization might translate to shorter wait times for vaccination appointments. However, without further information, this remains speculative.
Regarding promotional information, the customer reviews mention a "free first exam" coupon that was reportedly not honored at this location. This suggests that promotional offers might exist but may not be consistently applied or available at all times. It is advisable to inquire directly with the clinic about any current promotions or special offers when scheduling an appointment.
It is crucial to consider the provided customer reviews when evaluating Vetco Vaccination Clinic. One review expresses significant concern regarding the administration of multiple vaccines on the same day and alleges a lack of adequate care and accountability. This negative experience should be taken seriously and warrants careful consideration. The reviewer explicitly advises against taking pets to any Vetco facility based on their experience.
Another review presents a more mixed experience. While the customer found the overall experience of receiving shots for their cat to be "good," they highlight issues with misleading information regarding the free first exam and a failure to scan a microchip despite multiple requests. Additionally, this reviewer noted unsanitary conditions in the waiting area ("pee all over the floor"). These points raise concerns about customer service and the overall environment of the clinic.
Given these customer experiences, it is recommended that potential clients exercise caution and seek further information before entrusting their pets to Vetco Vaccination Clinic. It would be prudent to contact the clinic directly to inquire about their protocols, staff qualifications, and address the concerns raised in the reviews. Visiting the clinic in person, if possible, could also provide valuable insight into the environment and overall atmosphere.
In conclusion, Vetco Vaccination Clinic in Monroeville, PA, is positioned within the Pet Hospital category, primarily offering vaccination services for dogs and cats. While they aim to provide essential preventative care, the limited information and concerning customer reviews suggest a need for potential clients to conduct thorough due diligence. Contacting the clinic directly for detailed information about their services, environment, and addressing the issues raised in the reviews is strongly recommended to make an informed decision about your pet's care.

May 01, 2025 · Carlos VillamarinOverall good experience receiving shots for my cat…but misleading. I received coupons for a free first exam, and then was told they did not do that there. As well as I asked numerous times for them to scan the microchip so I could get the number to change the address, and they failed to do so. There was pee all over the floor, where they had customers waiting in line.
