VETCO apparently is run by complete incompetent morons. How many times do we have to schedule an appointment and we arrive and "oh sorry nobody is here today" or "oh they already left much earlier". Great quality workers here.

Welcome to Vetco Vaccination Clinic
Welcome to Vetco Vaccination Clinic, located at 339 Squire Rd #108, Revere, MA 02151, USA. As a Pet Hospital with a specific focus on vaccinations, Vetco aims to provide a convenient and affordable option for pet owners in Revere and the surrounding communities to ensure their dogs and cats receive essential preventative care. Our primary service revolves around administering necessary vaccinations to protect your pets from a range of common and potentially serious diseases.
Based on the limited customer reviews available, experiences at Vetco Vaccination Clinic appear to be somewhat varied. One customer reported a significantly negative experience regarding appointment scheduling and reliability. This review stated multiple instances of scheduled appointments where no staff were present upon arrival, or where staff had left much earlier than expected. This feedback raises concerns about the clinic's operational efficiency and the consistency of its services, particularly concerning appointment management and communication.
In contrast, another customer shared a positive experience when taking their two cats for vaccinations. This reviewer was pleasantly surprised by the great service received. They specifically mentioned the friendliness and helpfulness of the check-in staff, as well as the competence of the veterinarian and veterinary technician who administered the vaccinations. According to this review, the veterinarian conducted a quick examination before the technician efficiently administered the vaccines. The reviewer noted both staff members were knowledgeable and efficient in their roles, resulting in a quick visit lasting only half an hour. Additionally, this customer highlighted the great prices offered at Vetco Vaccination Clinic.
Given these contrasting accounts, it is important for potential clients to consider both perspectives when evaluating Vetco Vaccination Clinic. The positive review suggests that when services are delivered as expected, the clinic offers friendly, efficient, and affordable vaccinations. The negative review, however, points to potential issues with appointment reliability and staffing consistency, which could lead to inconvenience and frustration for pet owners.
As a vaccination clinic, the environment at Vetco is likely focused on efficiency and accessibility for the primary purpose of administering vaccines. It may be a more streamlined setup compared to a full-service veterinary hospital that offers a wider range of medical procedures and surgeries. Key aspects of the environment might include:
- Clean and Organized Space: Maintaining a hygienic environment for the health and safety of visiting pets.
- Comfortable Waiting Area: Providing a space for pet owners and their animals to wait briefly before their appointment.
- Examination Area: A dedicated space for the veterinarian to conduct a brief pre-vaccination check-up and administer the vaccines.
- Efficient Workflow: A system designed to process appointments and administer vaccinations in a timely manner, as suggested by the positive review's mention of a half-hour visit.
The primary services offered at Vetco Vaccination Clinic are centered around preventative care through vaccinations for dogs and cats. These services likely include:
- Core Vaccinations for Dogs: Such as rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and adenovirus.
- Non-Core Vaccinations for Dogs: Depending on lifestyle and risk factors, these may include bordetella, leptospirosis, and canine influenza.
- Core Vaccinations for Cats: Such as rabies, feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia (FVRCP).
- Non-Core Vaccinations for Cats: Depending on lifestyle and risk factors, these may include feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) testing and vaccination.
- Brief Wellness Check: A quick examination by the veterinarian prior to vaccination to ensure the pet appears healthy enough to receive the vaccines.
- Information and Advice: Providing basic information about the vaccines administered and potential side effects.
The features of Vetco Vaccination Clinic, based on the available reviews, appear to be:
- Affordable Prices: Highlighted as a positive aspect by one reviewer, suggesting that their vaccination services may be competitively priced.
- Efficient Service (Potentially): The positive review noted a quick and efficient vaccination process. However, this contrasts with the negative review regarding appointment reliability.
- Knowledgeable Staff (Potentially): The veterinarian and vet tech in the positive review were described as knowledgeable.
- Friendly Check-In Staff (Potentially): The positive review mentioned a friendly and helpful person at check-in.
Given the limited and conflicting information, it is difficult to ascertain any specific promotional offers currently available at Vetco Vaccination Clinic. Vaccination clinics sometimes offer package deals for a series of vaccinations or discounts during certain periods. To inquire about any potential promotions or for more information on their services and pricing, it is recommended to contact Vetco Vaccination Clinic directly at (781) 560-1302 or +1 781-560-1302.
In conclusion, Vetco Vaccination Clinic in Revere, MA, focuses on providing pet vaccinations at potentially affordable prices. While one customer reported a positive experience with efficient and friendly service, another detailed significant issues with appointment reliability. Potential clients should be aware of these contrasting experiences and may want to contact the clinic directly to inquire about their current operational procedures and ensure they can reliably meet their pet's vaccination needs. If you are primarily seeking cost-effective vaccinations and are willing to confirm appointment details thoroughly, Vetco Vaccination Clinic may be an option to consider in the Revere area.

Aug 18, 2024 · Alex TI took my two cats for their vaccinations and was surprised at the great service I got. The woman who checked me in was friendly and helpful. The vet and vet tech were also good. The vet gave a quick exam and the tech gave my cats their vaccinations. They were both knowledgeable and efficient in their job. I was only there for 1/2 hour. great prices also
Oct 18, 2023 · Roseanne AvakianI visited the PetSmart location in Revere, and I have to say, my experience left much to be desired. The odor in the store was quite unpleasant, and the overall organization was seriously lacking. It was a struggle to navigate with a cart due to the congestion caused by numerous merchants crowding the pathways. To make matters worse, the staff seemed disengaged and not very helpful. I was hoping for a better shopping experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling quite frustrated and disappointed.
Aug 09, 2023 · Grace M.Very well-organized website and on-site. They are gentle and caring. Give you details of the exam.
Aug 06, 2024 · Gentian BallaExtremely disappointed with their service. Jasmine on the front desk is rude and I wouldn’t recommend a first time dog owner to talk to jasmine as she wouldn’t entertain any questions. They tricked me buying a rabies shot for my dog even though my dog is fully vaccinated for rabies which is good for 3 years. Another incident that happened is that when I booked an appointment they told me I have a free first physical exam but when I walked in, they did charge me for the physical exam and said that they can’t validate that promo anymore.
