Warning to all! They over vaccinated my dog. Arrived to check in and staff member had head down apparently napping. She misread my dogs records and gave my small dog a rabies vaccine that I didn’t order and didn’t need. I presented proof of a current 3 year rabies certificate. I noticed this on my visit summary and immediately called them very concerned about my over vaccinated dog. They brushed it off like no big deal! They also refused to refund the cost of the shot. I only ordered the 6 in 1 and heartworm test. Will never go back.

The staff did not keep adequate medical records for my pet. They told me to come for a follow up in 2-4 weeks for a booster then didn't know what i was talking about when I came back a month later. They also said there was no record if my dog got the rabies vaccine at the month prior visit (which I was under the impression he did, and was given a rabies tag), so they told me I should vaccinate again. Very concerning and unprofessional in my opinion. They would not issue any sort of refund or compensate for the very poor experience.

Vetco at Petco is the only place I will take my dogs for vaccines. The costs are preset and about 1/5th of what you pay walking into a traditional vets office. The best part.. they are quick. Walk your dog to the bag of the store. Stand in dog line.... jab jab spritz and you are out. No one tries to sell you vitamin supplements or toothpaste for your animal.

I'm so grateful... I had the appointment on Saturday, March 29th... I got off work a little late, and they waited for me and greeted me with a smile. They welcomed my puppies with love and patience! Thank you so much!
