If I could give them a negative star they would get. I have been trying for two weeks to get heartworm prevention medication for my dog. I have NEVER felt with a more screwed up establishment before. I have two wrong prescriptions, that is their fault. Now any of the pet med sites can locate that clinic. So Vetco denied even knowing me. So here is sit with my dog and NO MEDICATION!! Don't give them your business, run the other way.

Welcome to Vetco Vaccination Clinic
Welcome to the introduction of Vetco Vaccination Clinic, a "Pet Hospital" located at 242 N West End Blvd, Quakertown, PA 18951, USA. As the name suggests, this clinic likely specializes in providing vaccinations for pets and may also offer related services such as preventative medications. The limited customer feedback available presents a stark contrast, with one review detailing significant issues in obtaining prescription medication and experiencing poor customer service, while another praises the staff for their friendliness and loving care towards pets. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based on these divergent accounts to help local users assess whether Vetco Vaccination Clinic meets their pet care needs.
The provided customer reviews offer limited insight into the physical environment of Vetco Vaccination Clinic. One positive comment mentions a "great group of ladies" who treated the reviewer and their dog like family, suggesting a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, the negative review focuses entirely on the difficulties encountered with obtaining medication and does not describe the clinic's physical space. Therefore, based on the current information, a comprehensive description of the clinic's environment is not possible.
Given its name, Vetco Vaccination Clinic's primary service is likely the administration of vaccinations to protect pets against various diseases. Based on the customer reviews, other potential services include:
- Vaccinations: This is the core service implied by the clinic's name, likely covering essential vaccines for dogs and cats.
- Prescription Medications: The negative review indicates that the clinic handles prescriptions for medications such as heartworm prevention. This suggests they can prescribe and potentially dispense certain veterinary medications.
- Preventative Medications: The specific mention of "heartworm prevention medication" implies that the clinic offers preventative treatments for common parasites.
- General Pet Care Advice (Implicit): While not explicitly stated, vaccination clinics often provide basic advice related to pet health and preventative care during appointments.
To obtain a comprehensive list of all services offered at Vetco Vaccination Clinic, it is advisable to contact them directly at (215) 892-9007 or +1 215-892-9007.
The limited customer feedback highlights the following features of Vetco Vaccination Clinic:
- Potentially Friendly and Loving Staff: The positive review emphasizes the kindness and loving attitude of the "great group of ladies" working at the clinic. This suggests a caring and welcoming environment for pets and their owners, at least in some interactions.
- Significant Customer Service Issues (Reported): The negative review details a frustrating experience spanning two weeks, involving multiple wrong prescriptions and an alleged denial of the reviewer's client status, ultimately resulting in the pet not receiving necessary medication. This raises serious concerns about the clinic's processes for handling prescriptions and resolving customer issues.
- Potential Difficulties with Prescription Fulfillment: The inability of online pet medication sites to locate the clinic, as mentioned in the negative review, could indicate issues with the clinic's registration or communication with such services, further complicating the process of obtaining prescriptions for pet owners.
- Inconsistent Experience: The stark contrast between the two reviews suggests that customer experiences at Vetco Vaccination Clinic may vary significantly. While some may encounter a friendly and caring staff, others might face considerable challenges with administrative processes and customer service.
Currently, there is no specific promotional information available for Vetco Vaccination Clinic based on the provided reviews. Local users would need to inquire directly about any special offers or pricing for their vaccination services and medications when contacting the clinic.
In conclusion, Vetco Vaccination Clinic in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, appears to be a "Pet Hospital" primarily focused on vaccinations and potentially preventative medications. While one customer review praises the friendly and loving staff, another details a severely negative experience involving significant difficulties in obtaining prescription heartworm medication and encountering poor customer service. This stark contrast in feedback suggests that while some pet owners may have positive interactions, others might face considerable challenges with the clinic's administrative processes. Local users considering Vetco Vaccination Clinic for their pet's vaccination and preventative medication needs should be aware of these conflicting experiences. It would be prudent to contact the clinic directly to inquire about their prescription policies, customer service protocols, and to address any concerns arising from the negative review before entrusting them with their pet's care.

However they charged us $86 for the rabies vaccine. Not what I was told over the phone, mine as well have gone to our local vet instead!
