Avoid if possible. Could smell terrible smell the moment the door opens. Environment is dirty. Terrible experience, clinic staffs are extremely entitled, disrespectful, deceitful, abusive, completely disregard for common decency. We brought in our two cats, then was told that they have to be in seperate carriers. We were surprised as this should've been pre-notified as appointment was for two cats, but at this point it was still ok. When we tried to ask if there is any alternatives: whether they can provide a temporary carrier maybe cardboard box, whether we can bring in one cat at a time. The nurse just said no to everything and only tried to push us to purchase a temporary box that cost $15. Both the nurse and the doctor were extremely indifferent, rude and unprofessional. They didn't care about people or pets, not to mention try to help, instead they had smug expressions when we seemed struggling. It felt that they were enjoying as our trouble was their entertainment. How can you trust people that have no kindness or even common decency like this, especially when it come to your pets/family?

Vetco Vaccination Clinic Introduce
Vetco Vaccination Clinic, located at 780 NJ-3 in Clifton, New Jersey, is listed under the platform category of Pet Hospital, suggesting it offers veterinary services and potentially related goods for sale. For local pet owners seeking vaccination services, it's important to consider all available information to make an informed decision about their pet's care. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Vetco Vaccination Clinic based on publicly available customer reviews found online.
Based on recent customer feedback, there appear to be significant concerns regarding the environment and the professionalism of the staff at Vetco Vaccination Clinic. One reviewer described a "terrible smell" upon entering the clinic and characterized the environment as "dirty." This raises potential concerns about the hygiene and overall comfort of the clinic for visiting pets and their owners. Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is crucial in a veterinary setting to prevent the spread of disease and ensure a positive experience.
Furthermore, multiple reviewers have expressed strong dissatisfaction with the conduct and attitude of the clinic staff. One customer described the staff as "extremely entitled, disrespectful, deceitful, abusive," and exhibiting a complete disregard for common decency. This is a serious accusation that warrants careful consideration for pet owners who prioritize respectful and compassionate interactions with their veterinary care providers. Trust and clear communication are essential in the veterinarian-client relationship, and such feedback suggests potential challenges in these areas at Vetco Vaccination Clinic.
Another specific incident involved a customer bringing in two cats for an appointment. They were reportedly told upon arrival that the cats needed to be in separate carriers, which the customer found surprising as the appointment was booked for two cats. When the customer inquired about alternatives, such as a temporary carrier or bringing in one cat at a time, the reviewer stated that the nurse refused all options and only pushed the purchase of a $15 temporary box. The reviewer further described both the nurse and the doctor as "extremely indifferent, rude, and unprofessional," alleging a lack of care for people or pets and a dismissive attitude towards the customer's situation. Such experiences can lead to significant distress and a lack of confidence in the clinic's ability to provide empathetic care.
Another concerning review detailed a situation involving a stray cat brought in for vaccinations. The customer stated they had called ahead to explain the situation – a live-trapped and quarantined stray needing initial vaccinations to start his records. Upon arrival, the staff member reportedly asked for the cat's records. When the customer explained the cat was a stray with no prior veterinary history, the staff member allegedly stated, "oh, we don't do ferals." The reviewer expressed frustration, as this policy was not disclosed during the initial phone call. The reviewer also criticized the staff member's "terrible attitude" and questioned the assessment of the cat as feral based on a provided picture. This incident suggests potential issues with communication, clarity of services offered, and staff demeanor.
It is important to note that these reviews represent individual experiences and may not be representative of every interaction at Vetco Vaccination Clinic. However, the consistency and severity of the negative feedback regarding the environment and staff professionalism should be taken seriously by prospective clients. When choosing a Pet Hospital, factors such as cleanliness, the attitude and competence of the staff, and clear communication are vital for ensuring a positive and trustworthy experience for both pet and owner.
Currently, the provided information does not include any details about the specific services offered beyond vaccinations, nor does it contain any promotional information. Based solely on the available customer reviews, there are significant concerns that potential clients should be aware of. These concerns primarily revolve around the cleanliness of the clinic environment and the professionalism and attitude of the staff. The lack of positive feedback or specific details about the quality of veterinary care makes it challenging to provide a balanced overview based on the provided information.
For local users in Clifton, NJ, who are considering Vetco Vaccination Clinic for their pet's needs, it would be prudent to weigh the negative feedback carefully. While the clinic may offer vaccination services, the reported issues with the environment and staff conduct could impact the overall experience and the level of trust one might have in the care provided. It is advisable to consider alternative Pet Hospitals in the area and perhaps seek further information or recent experiences from other local pet owners before making a decision.
In conclusion, based on the limited information available, the customer reviews for Vetco Vaccination Clinic in Clifton, NJ, raise significant concerns regarding the cleanliness of the facility and the professionalism of the staff. Potential clients should be aware of this feedback and consider these factors when making decisions about their pet's veterinary care. Without further information or positive feedback to counter these reports, it is difficult to provide a positive or comprehensive introduction to this Pet Hospital.

Oct 23, 2024 · Kayla LauI explained on the phone that I was bringing in a stray cat for vaccinations because we had live trapped him and quarantined him for 2 weeks. I get there and the guy asks for the cats records. I told him that I was starting his records with them with the vaccinations. He said, so he's never been seen by a vet? I said- no, he was a stray we took in. He said- oh, we don't do ferals. I had called ahead and checked everything and then got- we don't do ferals. His attitude was terrible and I just left. Does the cat in the picture look like a feral to you?
Sep 10, 2023 · Lesli Rowe-GalluzzoI went in for my dog, Agu, vaccination. The attendant was very nice and helpful. Even gave me the discounted package based on what I was getting without me asking. The vet and his assistant were very nice as well. The visit was pleasant overall. Even the guy who checked me out was very nice as well.
Feb 25, 2024 · nad OFrom the moment we were checked in the staff was friendly, their was no wait, they were patient, and very good with my nervous dog. The vet tech did such a great job and the vet had the most amazing sense of professionalism and humor. I will be back in the future. Thank you Vetco of Clifton.
Feb 13, 2024 · Eileen McCarrenThis place has been very disappointing, you spend tons of money to get crappy treatment. Customer service sucks, they lost my dogs fecal test and because we were a few minutes late they refused to see my dog for a 2 second shot. The assistant had a disgusting attitude when being asked questions in regards to my appointment. I will not be using this location after my pets last vaccines.
