Avoid if you have kittens, wasted an hour drive because these bozos working at the vet clinic wanna make some quick revenue. I have 4 kittens that are 6 weeks old needing to get their vaccinations booked an appointment for 3.27 and was told they can’t take them because my 1 pound kittens ALL need to be in separate crates for vaccines due to “policy”. What policy, I cant find anything regarding why would I need to have them all separate, that makes zero sense. I even asked if I could bring them in separately one at a time they said no, you guys are full of it, 60$ for XS crates lol

Vetco Vaccination Clinic Introduce

Vetco Vaccination Clinic is a Pet Hospital located at 2615 Medical Center Pkwy #500 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. As a vaccination clinic, their primary focus is likely on providing preventative care through vaccinations for pets. However, recent customer reviews provide insights into their policies and procedures that potential clients may want to consider.

One review details an experience with scheduling vaccinations for 6-week-old kittens. The customer reported being told that each kitten would need to be in a separate crate due to a stated "policy," which the customer found unclear and inconvenient. The review also mentions a suggested purchase of crates for $60 each, leading to the customer feeling the clinic was prioritizing revenue over practicality in this situation.

Another customer shared their experience with a microchipping appointment. They noted a lack of prior information on procedure or pricing. After an hour's wait, the microchipping procedure was reportedly done on a folding table in the store. The customer described the veterinarian's bluntness regarding potential pain and reported the vet taking three attempts to insert the microchip. Additionally, they were informed post-procedure that they would need to register the microchip themselves online, with an additional $120 fee, and were given no instructions on how to do so. This resulted in the customer feeling they had subjected their cat to discomfort without achieving a fully set-up microchip.

Based on these recent reviews, potential clients might want to inquire specifically about policies regarding multiple pets, transparency in pricing for all services (including potential additional costs like registration), the environment where procedures are performed, and the level of detail provided regarding aftercare or follow-up steps. It is advisable to call (615) 890-0082 or +1 615-890-0082 to ask about their current procedures and policies to ensure they meet your pet's needs and your expectations.

Currently, no information regarding promotional offers or specific positive features of the clinic's environment or services is available in these reviews. Potential users are encouraged to seek further information directly from Vetco Vaccination Clinic.

I had an appointment today for 11:30. I was given no information on procedure or pricing prior to the appointment. Upon checking in I was told that the microchipping that I wanted to get done for my cat would be $40. After waiting for over an hour after my appointment time, I brought my cat to the folding table (no room, just in the middle of the store) where she was hissing as the vet assistant was trying to take her out of the crate. I could tell immediately that she was scared of my cat and I took over on taking her out and assured her that my cat has never scratched or bitten, not even at the vet. She was just hissing because she was scared, which I believe is pretty normal cat behavior. So then the main vet looks at me and tells me very bluntly, "Well this needle is extremely painful, so I'm not sure how she's going to react to this." It then takes her 3 tries to get the microchip in her because my cat keeps squirming, which again, I would think is a normal reaction for an animal in pain. Then they told me I could leave now. I asked them if my information is automatically added to the microchip, and they told me no and that I needed to add it myself online. They didn't even give me any instructions, I had to google the name of the microchip company (which is clearly owned by petco). After finding the website, I discovered that it would be an additional $120 to actually register my pet, which I don't have the money for right now. So overall, I waited a long time and put my cat through a lot of discomfort all to not even have the microchip set up by the end of it.
