The actual interaction with the vet was good, but... We had a 2PM appointment and didn't get out of there until 3PM. I was told that the record would be emailed to me but not that it would take days. We came to this clinic because we needed to have the bordatella in order to board our dog the next day to attend a funeral in southern Illinois. I needed that documentation for the kennel. This is 2 days later, and I still haven't received the documentation to prove to them that she had her vaccine. Thank goodness they know me and took my word from the receipt that wasn't even itemized, but they still need the proof for their records.

We have access to two customer reviews that offer some insight into the services and experience at Vetco Vaccination Clinic. One reviewer shared a mixed experience. They noted that the actual interaction with the veterinarian was good. However, they mentioned a delay, stating that despite having a 2 PM appointment, they did not leave until 3 PM. Their primary concern was the documentation for a required bordatella vaccination for boarding their dog the next day. They were told the record would be emailed but were not informed it would take days. As of two days after the appointment, they had still not received the documentation. Fortunately, the boarding kennel knew them and accepted their word based on a non-itemized receipt, but the kennel still required the official proof for their records. This review highlights a positive interaction with the vet but raises concerns about the efficiency of the process and the timely delivery of necessary documentation.

The second review offers a more positive perspective, describing the people as "very friendly" and "very professional" when explaining the process and during check-in. This customer stated they would "most definitely" be coming back in the future, indicating a satisfactory overall experience.

Given the name "Vetco Vaccination Clinic," it is highly likely that their primary service is the administration of vaccinations for pets. This would include essential vaccines for dogs and cats, such as rabies, distemper, parvovirus, adenovirus, parainfluenza, and bordatella for dogs, and rabies, feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia for cats. They may also offer other preventative services related to vaccinations, such as basic health screenings to ensure a pet is healthy enough to be vaccinated.

The environment of Vetco Vaccination Clinic is not explicitly described in the reviews. However, as a clinic focused on vaccinations, it would likely be equipped with examination areas suitable for administering injections and discussing pet health related to vaccinations. The positive comment about friendly and professional staff suggests a welcoming and organized setting for the services offered.

The features of Vetco Vaccination Clinic seem to include a friendly and professional staff, as mentioned in one review. The other review points to a potentially efficient interaction with the veterinarian regarding the vaccination itself. However, a potential area for improvement, as indicated by the first review, might be the speed and reliability of post-appointment documentation delivery.

There is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews. Vaccination clinics sometimes offer package deals for certain sets of vaccines or discounts during specific times. To learn about any current promotions at Vetco Vaccination Clinic, it would be best to contact them directly.

In conclusion, Vetco Vaccination Clinic in Normal, IL, appears to be a Pet Hospital specializing in pet vaccinations. Customers can expect friendly and professional interactions with the staff and veterinarian. However, one review suggests a potential delay in receiving post-appointment documentation.
