I took a while to write this, I feel like it’s important to share Eska’s(My Husky) and my experience here. I brought Eska here when it was still called Thrive(Petco)to get spayed and for checkups/vaccines. After Eska got spayed she started developing bumps on her stomach region which looked like cysts. I brought Eska in to Thrive(Petco) to get checked and the doctor was pushing hard for Eska to go through an invasive surgery to get the cysts removed. Firstly I didn’t feel comfortable putting Eska through that kinda big surgery, she was already old around 9 years old. Secondly the surgeries involved a lot of money and I was just a college student at the time. I ended up researching and pushed the doctor to do a cytosis(sucking the fluid in the cyst) for testing. The results came inconclusive. After some time Eska began feeling ill which I took her to Victoria Animal Hospital in Rancho. The doctor was very helpful there. He checked the cysts and said there wasn’t anything to worry about them, but that there was something much worse…. Eska developed cancer, which at that time I wish we would have caught sooner. I felt that the doctor that helped me here at Thrive(Petco)pushed that surgery was the only option for Eska to get better. I DO NOT recommend this place from my experience and wanted to share our experience to pet owners.

Welcome to Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital

Considering options for your pet's healthcare in Singapore within the Pet Hospital category? We are looking at Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital, which has a physical location at 27580 W Lugonia Ave, Redlands, CA 92374, USA. While this address is in the United States, understanding feedback from their existing clientele can offer insights into the potential experience for pet owners seeking veterinary services in Singapore, should Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital extend its services here. It’s important to note that direct services from this specific US location are not available in Singapore, but reviewing their practices and customer experiences can be informative.

Based on the limited reviews available, it's challenging to paint a comprehensive picture of the clinic's environment. One customer shared a detailed experience that included bringing their Husky, Eska, for spaying and subsequent checkups. This suggests that the facility handles routine procedures like spaying and provides services such as checkups and vaccinations. The review also mentions the presence of doctors who make recommendations for treatment. However, without further information, it's difficult to describe the physical environment of the clinic itself. If Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital were to operate in Singapore, we would expect a standard veterinary clinic setting with examination rooms and potentially surgical facilities, depending on the scope of services offered.

The services mentioned in the reviews include spaying, checkups, and vaccinations. The more detailed review recounts an instance where a doctor recommended invasive surgery to remove cysts on the pet. This highlights the availability of surgical consultations and recommendations. The same review also mentions a cytosis procedure (fluid aspiration from a cyst) being performed for testing, indicating diagnostic capabilities. Another brief review simply states that "the staff always treats my furbabies so lovingly," suggesting that the clinic provides general pet care where staff interact directly with the animals. It’s important to note that one customer's experience led them to not recommend the clinic due to concerns about the diagnostic approach for their pet who later developed cancer. Conversely, the other review praises the loving treatment provided by the staff. This mixed feedback suggests a range of experiences with the services provided.

Features of Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital, gleaned from the reviews, include having veterinary doctors who provide treatment recommendations and staff who are described as loving and attentive to pets. One customer's experience raises a point about the approach to diagnosis and treatment options presented. The other customer's feedback highlights the kindness and attention to detail of the staff. If Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital were to operate in Singapore, a key feature we might hope for is a balance of thorough diagnostics, clear communication of treatment options, and a caring and attentive staff. However, the provided reviews present a somewhat contrasting view on the overall experience.

Currently, there is no promotional information available specifically for the Singapore market, as Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital's listed location is in the USA. Therefore, we cannot provide any details about local promotions or offers at this time. If the hospital were to expand to Singapore, it would be beneficial to look for information regarding their service packages, first-visit discounts, or any other promotions they might offer to local pet owners.

In summary, the available information on Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital, while limited and based on a US location, indicates that they offer services such as spaying, checkups, and vaccinations. Feedback on the quality of care and diagnostic approaches is mixed, with one customer expressing dissatisfaction and another praising the staff's loving treatment of pets. If you are a pet owner in Singapore considering veterinary options, it's crucial to look for local clinics and seek up-to-date reviews and information relevant to your specific needs. This overview serves to present the available, albeit limited and geographically distant, feedback on Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital.

For pet owners in Singapore, it would be advisable to research local pet hospitals and clinics to find the best fit for your animal's health needs. Consider factors such as location, services offered, pricing, and reviews from other pet owners in Singapore. This summary of feedback from a US-based clinic is provided for informational purposes based on the available data.
