Our girl did so great here today! All the ladies working get 10/10 from me. They were so kind and friendly, and very sweet to our kitty. They provided us with a great plan and I didn’t feel pressured into doing anything extra. I just made the switch from Banfield and I feel pretty great about my decision. Thank you again Dr McKay, Tess and the front desk staff!!!!!!

They’re honestly the best. I goofed up my appointment and showed up a week early, they still squeezed me in, and they made sure I knew all the treatment options! With their guidance my little guy is already feeling better and I couldn’t be more thankful. They’re so sweet and gentle with him every time. 🩷 Gianni

This was my first time at this office and I was bringing my Morkie in because he was limping. Everyone was so kind, answered all of my questions, and didn’t try and didn’t push additional services. I’ve been looking for a new vet for my 6 pets and I am thrilled to have such a great option available. Thank you to all the staff.

Dr. McSky was fantastic! Our Sphynx was taken great care of by her and the rest of the team. He doesn’t like vet visits but thanks to everyone at Vetco he received all of the attention he needed. Dr. McSky was super informative and helpful. She has lots of experience working with different cat breeds! I would highly recommend!

Overall great place. But their communication sucks I have to call multiple times for them to pick up the phone which is kinda frustrating. They referred my dog to a cardiologist and the place I took him to was trying to get info on my dog/give vetco information they found out about his heart (which was a main issue) and never were able to to contact vetco for a couple weeks. I tried calling vetco to see if they got an update from the other place and no answer I had to go in person to finally get them to call the other place to get the information, my dog needed the cardio appointment in order to be approved for a neutering.. dr McSky is great she knows her stuff but it would be really nice if she calls for an update like she said she would. Super nice staff though my dog has really bad anxiety and they are so chill about it very welcoming environment

We had such a great experience with Dr McSky and the team! We rescued a very sick kitty and another vet recommended seeing Dr McSky. So happy that we did! Out little kitty is now thriving and on the road to recovery! The whole team was so kind and caring. They all seemed so invested in her recovery and health. Can't say enough good things! Thank you to the team at VTC for saving our girl!
