All of the assistants and Dr Byrd were sooo nice and extremely helpful, gives you a whole packet for advice and help for first time owners. Our Mia was in the back for like 5 mins, they work fast and my puppy was extremely comfortable. Definitely recommend the pro package, cheaper in the long run !!!

This location is A1. I have been bringing my 2 cats here and they have been nothing short of kind and helpful. They’ve answered my questions and actually provided solutions to the issues that my feline friends were having. The prices are very reasonable. I’ve gone to other vets where prices for simple things like vaccines or bloodwork was a little high. I took my female cat in today to get her teeth cleaned. For everything, bloodwork and initial checkup included, it was around $500. The cherry on top is that they gave my girl a pedicure; that is awesome! Great vets, great prices and competent service.

I took my senior dog here and after he passed brought in my new puppy. Everyone is SO kind, caring, informative. They are very transparent on price ontop of being super affordable. You know what you're paying before any treatment. I also have pet insurance. They are great with getting you the visit Note to submit to your pets insurance for Reimbursement. I had my notes a couple hours after the appointment and was able to file my claim. 10/10 definitely a great place to bring your pets.

I have been training my dog to be a service animal. Dr. Tatum was amazing at pointing out that he had some anxiety that should resolve with the final legs of his training. Well, we were hit by a landscaping truck. She gave him a good look over and was very kind and gentle letting me know that he is disqualified from being a service animal. She explained that he will need medication and hopefully in time may be able to come off of it. But, the circumstances of the accident and what happened immediately afterwards will always trigger his PTSD. My furbaby was adopted and had been abused at some point. I spent two years helping him through this to the point he was ready to start his Good Citizen K9 training certification. She answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything since I had a concussion. We have found a vet for life.

To see a vet without a pet insurance is a daunting challenge for me. The tech received me and explained to me in detail what I can get. I chose the needed. For the surgeries I couldn’t afford, she gave the contact. She cares not just for the money. She is an angel.
