Can I give it no stars?? My rework is my experience with Vetco. They are money grubbing greedy woke sand rednecks. They would not renew a motion sickness med cuz they wanted to reweigh my dog. I paid for a physical a couple months ago and they wanted to charge me again. They could have given me the med with weight instructions. They are awful people. Now my poor dog will need to vomit when we travel on vacation. Beto is the worse.

As a local user in Singapore seeking information about veterinary care options, understanding the environment, services, features, and customer experiences of a pet hospital is crucial in making informed decisions, even if the facility is geographically distant. While direct access to the physical environment is not possible, we can glean insights from available online information, including customer reviews, to form a comprehensive understanding.
Based on the limited information available on the internet, specifically two contrasting customer reviews, it's challenging to paint a complete and definitively objective picture of Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital. However, by analyzing these reviews, we can identify potential aspects of their service and environment.
One review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the hospital. The customer recounts an experience where a renewal for a motion sickness medication for their dog was allegedly denied without a re-weighing, despite a recent physical examination. This customer perceives the hospital as "money grubbing greedy woke sand rednecks" and describes the staff as "awful people." This negative feedback raises concerns about the hospital's policies regarding medication refills, the necessity of repeated charges for similar services within a short timeframe, and potentially the overall customer service experience. The user felt that a simple provision of the medication with weight instructions could have avoided the situation, highlighting a perceived lack of flexibility or empathy towards the pet's and owner's needs, especially concerning travel arrangements.
Conversely, the second review offers a starkly different perspective, focusing on a particularly sensitive and emotionally challenging situation: the euthanasia of a pet. This customer describes an experience filled with "compassion and kindness" from the staff. The review highlights the hospital's accommodation of the pet's comfort during their final moments, allowing the owner to be close on a mat on the floor. The reviewer emphasizes the sweetness and reassuring nature of the staff, which provided a sense of safety and comfort during a difficult time. This positive feedback suggests that Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital, at least in this instance, demonstrated a high level of empathy, care, and respect towards both the pet and the grieving owner. The reviewer specifically recommends the facility for end-of-life care, even for those without an existing plan with them, indicating a willingness to provide compassionate support in critical situations.
Considering these two very different experiences, it is difficult to draw definitive conclusions about the typical environment and services at Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital. The negative review points to potential issues with administrative policies, cost transparency, and customer service responsiveness, particularly regarding medication management. The positive review, however, strongly suggests a capacity for profound compassion and supportive care, especially in emotionally sensitive situations like euthanasia.
To provide a more comprehensive understanding for local users in Singapore, further information would be required. This could include details about the hospital's facilities, the range of medical services offered (beyond medication refills and euthanasia), the qualifications and specializations of the veterinary staff, the types of equipment available for diagnostics and treatments, and the general atmosphere and cleanliness of the clinic. Information about their approach to preventative care, routine check-ups, surgical procedures, dental care, and emergency services would be beneficial.
Additionally, insights into the hospital's communication practices, appointment scheduling, waiting times, and payment options would be valuable for potential clients. Understanding their policies on follow-up care, client education, and how they handle patient records could also contribute to a more informed assessment.
Regarding promotional information, none is provided in the given data. Typically, pet hospitals might promote services such as wellness packages, vaccination drives, dental health months, or discounts for new clients. Without such information, we cannot comment on any specific promotions offered by Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital.
In summary, based on the limited and conflicting information available, Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital in Fontana, CA, appears to elicit strong, albeit contrasting, emotional responses from its clients. One customer experienced frustration and perceived greed, while another found immense comfort and compassion during a very difficult time. As a potential user, it is important to consider that individual experiences can vary, and a broader range of feedback and more detailed information about the hospital's operations would be necessary to form a well-rounded and objective opinion. For local users in Singapore, while this specific hospital is geographically distant, understanding the importance of considering various aspects like service policies, communication, and the overall caring environment when choosing a pet hospital remains universally relevant.
It is recommended to seek additional information from various online platforms, if available, such as online review sites, social media, or the hospital's own website (if one exists), to gain a more balanced perspective on Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital. This would allow for a more informed decision-making process when considering veterinary care options, whether locally or when seeking care for pets in other locations.

Jan 03, 2025 · Tim BakerI recently had to come to thrive to put my best friend to sleep. I was shown so much compassion and kindness. They let us take Care of her on her mat on the floor with me in her face so she was comforted. They were all so sweet to her and reassuring. I was so scared and nervous to make it to this appointment, But her last moments were filled with so much peace and love. If you ever need to have this appointment, come to thrive. Even if you don't have a plan with them. You'll feel so safe and comforted and your pup will have so much love and affection shown to them in their last moments. It makes it just a little easier
