MA requires your pet to be vaccinated for rabies and they need proof each year. I called this location to fix the rabies certificate since it’s supposed say 3 year Instead of 1 year. They said it’s something they need for their manager to do then they’ll send the updated one. I waited and called a week later, still nothing. It’s been 3 weeks since I ask for it to be fixed. It’s something that would take less than 5 minutes to fix. I can’t keep calling every week for this. Im just gonna take my dogs to a different place next time, to avoid this headache.

Welcome to Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital

Welcome to an informative overview of Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital, a Pet Hospital located at 5 Sharon Ave, Norfolk, MA 02056, USA. Serving the local community, Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital can be contacted at (508) 384-5904 or via their mobile number +1 508-384-5904. This introduction aims to provide local users with details about this veterinary care provider, drawing upon publicly available information to present an objective perspective on their environment, potential services, discernible features, and any indications of their approach to customer service.

As a Pet Hospital, Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital is expected to offer a range of veterinary services aimed at promoting and maintaining the health of pets. Typically, such facilities provide essential medical care, which can include routine wellness examinations, vaccinations, parasite prevention and control, dental care, nutritional counseling, and behavioral advice. They also usually offer diagnostic services to identify health issues, which might involve laboratory tests (such as bloodwork, urinalysis, and fecal exams) and imaging techniques (like X-rays). For pets requiring more involved treatment, a pet hospital would typically provide medical and surgical interventions, potentially including routine surgeries like spaying and neutering, as well as treatment for illnesses and injuries. Given the name "Total Care," it suggests a commitment to providing comprehensive veterinary services. However, the single available review does not offer specific details about the full scope of their medical offerings. Local pet owners are encouraged to contact Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital directly to inquire about the precise services they provide and whether they meet their specific pet's healthcare needs.

Information regarding the physical environment of Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital is not provided in the available review. However, we can make some general inferences based on the nature of a pet hospital. Such facilities typically include a reception area for clients and their pets, examination rooms where veterinarians can conduct consultations and examinations, and potentially other areas such as surgical suites, diagnostic imaging rooms, a laboratory for on-site testing, and recovery or boarding areas for animals undergoing treatment or observation. Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment is crucial in a veterinary setting to ensure the well-being of the animals and to provide a reassuring space for pet owners. Without further information, a detailed description of Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital's environment is not possible.

The services that Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital offers can only be partially inferred from its category as a Pet Hospital and the single available customer review, which focuses on an administrative issue rather than the quality or range of medical services provided. The review mentions the requirement for rabies vaccination certificates in Massachusetts and an issue the customer encountered with getting an updated certificate. This implies that Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital does administer rabies vaccinations, which is a standard service offered by most pet hospitals. However, the review does not provide insights into other potential services such as routine check-ups, surgeries, dental care, or diagnostic procedures. To gain a comprehensive understanding of the veterinary services offered, local users should contact the hospital directly or consult other sources of information, if available.

The single available review provides limited insight into the features that might distinguish Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital. The review highlights an administrative process related to updating a rabies certificate. The customer's experience of a delay and perceived lack of urgency in resolving this issue suggests a potential area for improvement in their administrative efficiency and customer service. While the staff member who initially took the call may have followed protocol by involving a manager, the subsequent delay and lack of follow-through, in the customer's perception, resulted in frustration and a decision to seek veterinary care elsewhere in the future. This single data point makes it difficult to objectively assess the typical features and strengths of the hospital's services or operations. It does, however, underscore the importance of efficient administrative processes in ensuring a positive customer experience, even for seemingly minor tasks.

Given the nature of the single available review, which describes a negative experience with an administrative task rather than praising medical services, it is challenging to identify clear promotional aspects of Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital based solely on this information. The review, in fact, serves as a cautionary note regarding one customer's experience with their administrative responsiveness. While every business can encounter challenges, the customer's frustration and decision to seek alternative care in the future highlight the potential impact of administrative issues on customer retention and reputation. Without positive testimonials or specific information provided by the hospital itself, it is not possible to outline typical promotional messages or unique selling points.

In conclusion, Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital in Norfolk, MA, is categorized as a Pet Hospital, suggesting it offers a range of veterinary services for pets. The single available customer review describes a negative experience related to the administrative process of updating a rabies vaccination certificate, citing delays and a lack of follow-through. This review does not provide information about the quality or scope of their medical services, the environment of the facility, or positive features. Local users seeking veterinary care at Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital should consider this feedback and are strongly encouraged to contact the hospital directly to inquire about their services, policies, and to gather further information to make an informed decision about their pet's healthcare needs. Exploring other sources of information, such as additional online reviews if available, or seeking recommendations from other pet owners in the Norfolk area, may also be beneficial in forming a comprehensive opinion.
