I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my first visit to the hospital. The veterinarians were incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate, clearly showing their love for their job. The technicians and assistants were highly skilled and treated my feline companion, Dutchess, with great care and affection. After discovering this facility that met all our needs, I see no reason to go anywhere else. It’s definitely my go-to place from now on.

Worst customer service I ever received. First time visiting this petco because I had scheduled an appointment for my puppy to get her vaccines. My email confirmed my appointment for 345 and I got there at 343pm. The receptionist or whoever he is came out very hostile and appeared to be annoyed stating that my appointment was 340 and I was 10mins late and how they run things by schedule. He stated that my appointment would have been cancelled and he needed to talk to the doctor to see if I would be seen due to my tardiness. I was very confused which I asked him what time was it since I arrived at 343 and the email confirmed appointment for 345. He responded and said it was 346. After being seen by another tech, I presented to her my email and she confirmed the system had me for 330 and the email confirmation had 345. Not only did it have the wrong time but also the address of this place needs to be adjusted. There is a way to address people and I simply thought this was not professional at all.

I take all 3 of my cats to this location. Dr. Ash and staff are wonderful people and take great care of my babies. They always address any concerns or questions I have. Will not take my cats any where else. Side note: The Vital Care Premier is a great thing to help alleviate some costs and helps to save on food and litter as well.

The receptionist is extremely rude. Very unprofessional. Brought my dog here 2x and she is still sick. I called multiple times and left messages no call back. I told the receptionist that and he just ignored me and got more of an attitude. I reported the staff to corporate.

I use to go to Sharon Veterinary, but I go here now. The prices are reasonable if you get the Petco Premeire. The staff is friendly and they do not waste your time or money. I truly like this place.
