Vetco has consistently been an exceptional place. I’ve always experienced outstanding customer service, particularly from technicians like Berine. I feel reassured every time I visit, knowing my dog will be well cared for. As a dog owner, I truly appreciate Berine’s attentiveness, patience, and her ability to provide thorough and informative advice regarding my dog’s needs. Her dedication, including remembering both my name and my dog’s, truly sets her apart and means so much to me. Thank you, Vetco, for having such amazing and trustworthy technicians!

Came in for an emergency for our baby cat and they were able to take us in right away. Made sure to properly explain the procedures and costs of each visit. Adam the vet tech was awesome! Goes beyond what he can provide for you and your pet. We didn't want to do unnecessary tests on our cat and spend a lot of money, he made our 2nd visit a vet tech visit instead of a vet visit so we don't get charged the extra fee. If only this hospital wasn't more than an hour away from us, we would take all our pets here.

Before any treatment begins, they provide an invoiced breakdown on a laptop—detailing every item, from medications and treatments to vaccinations. This level of clarity ensures that you fully understand what you’re paying for, and once you sign off on the invoice, you know that every detail has been taken care of. The checkout process is smooth and efficient at the main desk. They also highly recommend signing up for a monthly subscription, which I can personally attest saves you hundreds of dollars over time. Despite driving 30–40 minutes one way (on a good day) from the MetLife Stadium area just to take my puppy here, the exceptional care and clear communication make the journey entirely worthwhile. Overall, the combination of a clean environment, available appointments, expert care, and cost transparency makes this Vetco Clinic a top choice for pet owners. I highly recommend it for anyone who values quality and honesty in pet care.
