Shameful. Disorganized mess. Only went for a vaccine. Vet never spoke to me. Was on his cell phone shouting the whole time. I was given a consent waiver by the tech that was already signed by someone else because he didn’t even have my dog’s file pulled up. Table had a mess of things all over it. Tech started cleaning it once my dog was already on the table. Vet picked up the needle and says “is this flu?” Clearly not even aware of what he was doing. Says a “wellness examination” was included with the vaccine price yet I was never even spoken to by the vet. Whoever is in charge should be embarrassed. I will never return.

They took very good care of my babies. Maria, Rob, Brittany, and Dr. Anderson are providing thorough, compassionate, excellent care for my family members. I am so grateful. Thank you!

This was our 1st visit. Everyone was very friendly & welcoming. The staff made sure I understood all instructions as they cared for my cat Loki. Shout out to Dr Anderson ( sweet & caring), Rob ( the awesome Tech) and Maria ( the Sunshine @ the front desk). Thanks for listening to my concerns and coming up with a game plan for Loki’s care.

Very disheartening experience. The receptionist was almost passive aggressive, I had signed up for a promotional offer, and something went wrong in the system, and she continuously blamed me and acted like it was an inconvenience. On top of that my puppy peed himself during the health examination and was left to sit in his own urine for almost 10 minutes while a member of staff went shopping for wet wipes. They then forgot to return my puppies records when I was leaving.
