My experience at Vetco was very disappointing today. The front desk was warm and friendly,Dr Feder was great. Naomi the technician was a complete failure. She entered the room at the start of the appointment as friendly. Before the Dr came in Naomi sent me a treatment plan with a 300.00 plus quote for an ear infection, Rabies shot and cleaning around my dog's eyes. I didn't agree with that amount so she took that off. My groomer could clean her eyes for much less. In all Naomi sent me 6 different treatment plans. I was confused as to why she couldn't get her math correct. The second to the last treatment plan was suppose to be correct. She comes in the room to tell me she needs to send another plan because she left off the Rabies shot from the previous treatment plan. When I told her I was becoming concerned about how many treatment plans she had provided she appeared pissed that I complained. She then said I will take all of the medication off this plan. Well if my dog really had an ear infection why would you take away the very thing I had been told would correct the problem my dog was experiencing. I agree to take the meds and told her I wanted to leave immediately. She walked out of the room and I heard the door she entered slam. Naomi needs a major attitude overhaul. Her behavior was disturbing and made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This was my first time at this location and nothing about this visit made me feel comfortable or at ease. I came in because my dog was experiencing skin irritation (what looked to be an infection). They needed to give her a rabies shot in order to proceed with the visit which I understood but they took my dog to the back for the remainder of the visit while I sat in the exam room. I asked if I could go back with her but they told me no. I didn’t physically see them administer the rabies shot nor did I see a doctor examine my dog. They just took her and I’m just supposed to trust that she got the care that I paid for (which was not cheap). Then the doctor came in without my dog and basically explained that they couldn’t explain what was wrong with her. But they prescribed some shampoo and antibiotics. My previous vet experiences were totally different in which I was a part of the entire process. At VETCO, I felt completely left out and not confident that my dog received the utmost care, or any care at all. I just needed to be present to pay the bill. Will look elsewhere for veterinary services.

Tech was helpful and patient with our Thunder. Dr. Feder was beyond amazing! She listened to our concerns and was very informative. I did not feel rushed like at most vet visits. Bethany at the front was sweet and had a smile on her face from the moment we checked in. Will be returning to this location.

This was my first time visiting the Atascocita location. The staff was understanding of my concerns, and Dr. Feder showed nothing but care for my pet. Although the end result was sad, I felt confident in the teams handling of my situation, and the services provided.
