The experience was perfect; both the doctor and the doctors’ assistant were very thorough and most kind to me and Elsie Mae. She is doing well but I had to put thick peanut butter over her medicine chunk so she could bite off tiny pieces as she went through the peanut butter. Thank you both so much for your extraordinary help in solving this problem🐶

My dog is usually really nervous and defensive when he's seen by the vet, but both Torey and Dr. Donnelly we're great with him and made him feel at ease which in turn helped me feel at ease. They were amazing, very informative, and kind.

I had to get my dog a last minute rabies booster before a trip to Mexico and they exceeded my expectations! Very affordable and the monthly plan helped save me some money as he has to come back for a few other shots in a month. Everyone was extremely nice, so the whole experience was great.

Very inconvenient process for picking up my dog’s flea medication. My dog already has a flea prescription, which I paid to get. However, There requires a doctor’s approval to refill the medication. I have been waiting 24 hours and still no approval to pick up the medication. In the meantime, my dog is suffering and it’s Friday, which means I need to wait over the weeked while my dog continues to suffer.

We actually went to the petco. We call it our free zoo lol. There was a volunteer in the cattery, & she let us come & hang out with the cats. We both love cats & they're my daughter's fave animal, so it made our day!
