We just came here for the first time, we brought our cat in for a wellness check. Jodie the Manager checked us in and was so kind. Adrianna was our tech and she explained everything, gave us an idea of cost and additional pricing and handled our boy very sweetly.

Dr. Sims and our tech, Adrianna were absolutely amazing! My little one gets very nervous and timid around strangers but they took perfect care of him and soothed him. Everything was so fast too, we were in and out in no time. I couldn’t recommend any better than Adrianna and Dr. Sims!

Calvin was absolutely outstanding with my grandma's dog! He was so kind, patient, and gentle, truly treating her like his own. You can tell he’s just an animal lover and people person. He took the time to explain everything and made a stressful visit so much easier. Thank you, Calvin, for your compassion and care!

Dear Vetco staff, (Brooksville FL clinic) I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the compassionate care you provided to my beloved Lucious, especially during his final days. While saying goodbye was incredibly difficult, your professionalism, understanding, gentle guidance, and genuine empathy made the process as peaceful as possible. You see Lucious was more than just a dog; he was a cherished member of our family the love of our lives, and we deeply appreciated ALL the staffs dedication to his well-being. Your willingness to return every call and answer every question provided us the support during a challenging time meant a great deal to us and it never went unseen. Took my dog there for a tooth infection. The male Vet tech and vet were so rude to us. Kept going on about how my dog had fleas. Not a single flea on him. Literally took him to get groomed a week later with no flea treatment and they agreed he had no flea. Took my dog to get groomed today and got a call they wouldn’t groom him because he wasn’t feeling well. Showed up and he was being touched by those men again. Wasn’t even told he was over there. They said it is because he fell in the bathtub. He is 13 with arthritis, which I told them and saw them record it, and he was in a slippery bath. He does not like water either. They had him all the way in the back and were insisting I get him blood work even though he went to his kind and smart vet last month and had a full panel with everything looking good. I told them I don’t want their service and was upset with the service last time and took my dog somewhere else. They went on about how it’s a new staff and I told them straight up it is the vet that was standing next to me. He is rude and is very hard to talk to or understand. His tech with him is even worse and straight up mean. I would suggest they fire them and start over again!
