The staff is super helpful, caring and polite. Their computerized waiting service is amazing! They did not make me feel any type of way for requesting copies of receipts, certificates, blood work results nor for going back to ask redundant questions. They are super busy and although the stress is present, since they want to take care of everyone, they still made me feel heard and taken care of. They also checked on the dogs via text and whenever I would stop by, to see if they were ok. Their dental work saved one of my dogs since he was starting to develop an infection and their breath is so much better. I got them all vaccinated and two of them operated as well, they are too old to have puppies. Beige long hair Apple head chihuahua named Chloe and Black long hair apple head/deer head chihuahua named Mickey, his mother brown deer head chihuahua Pebbles. 🫶 Thank you again for all of your help, if it was not for your services a lot more dogs would be abandoned at shelters for the inability to be able to financially give them medical care. The work you do is super appreciated. THANK YOU 🙏🏻🫶

I had a fantastic experience bringing my dog here for his dental cleaning. Dr Lortz, Alex and Alejandra is a caring, thorough and professional team. I had some hesitation about this not being a brick-and-mortar vet hospital/ clinic, as I didn't want to sacrifice care quality over cost. But someone had recommended Vet Wheels to me and I am so grateful and happy about the service we received. Dr Lortz is sooooo comprehensive and answered all my questions, going through the blood panel work with me in full detail. I appreciated that so much! What a wonderful group with an excellent ethos. We will definitely be coming here for vet care in the future.

It’s not just a job for them. Very obviously a mission, and they pour everything into it. For years, Dr. Lortz has been out there, super working long hours, helping animals in shelters, on the streets, and with families who might not have any other options. He never seems to turn anyone away, even when it means stretching himself thin. So. While, Vet On Wheels isn’t just a mobile clinic; it’s a lifeline for so many, and I’m so grateful they’re part of this community. &I couldn't be more grateful for them..

There's no one more honest than Dr. Paul Lortz and his team. This man is in it to help animals and people who need low cost vet care. The man is genuine and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to animals. Dr. Lortz has combined his intellect, experience and intuition to be pinpoint in determining various ailments on a variety of animals, especially dogs and cats with uncanny precision. He is in it for the right reasons and has gone above and beyond to help people and their animals, putting his life's calling above all else including profit. You cannot go wrong going here. You will know exactly what's going on with your pet and will get the best care and he will thoroughly explain everything. He will also not break the bank and goes out of his way to help folks from all walks of life. Thoroughly recommend this highly competent veterinarian.
