This is the worsttt worsttt clinic to take your pet too. I lost my cheesy today! due to their careless treatment!! and the mostt shocking part here is that my mother kept calling the clinic to send a video of cheesy as the nurse on the phone said that he is recovering!!!! And literallyy an hour later they sent a message and said ur cat died..... !!!! And we did not even receive a call from their end Just a message. The reason of his death is due to overdosage and mistreatment! A video of him was sent to us and ashu the nurse on the phone said he is sooo much better now and is recovering and suddenly after they dripped him he died?? For everyone to know I had taken my cat cheesy for a checkup last week for the first time because he was not eating properly and that doctor there at that time gave him antiobiotics for the pain to go away. After a few days his condition became worse so i revisited the clinic and met doctor sasha he advised a few blood tests and once the result came he said that cheesy is FIV positive and usually this illness is not something which can be diagnosed in 24 hours it must be there from before! However the first thing i told him was that i i had visited last week and one of your doctors checked him just a week back and I was told that he only has gum infection and the doctor that time advised to remove all his teeth like what on earth!!! On which i told him NO what are u saying?? Remove all teeth? Please give him medicine for pain relief which then he did but why wasnt i adviced for a blood test earlier if this was the case?? the doctors literally dont know anything!! I really really regret taking him here and not elsewhere. Why wasnt i adviced for a blood test at that time? I would have done the needful even that time. And now I was told that he has FIV and there is no cure admit him for 5 days!! Which we did because nothing mattered more then cheesy so we admitted him immediately. Another really really strange thing about this clinic is that the doctor had 0 knowledge about medicines or treatment The manager over there was advising the doctor about the drips and instructing him to use certain things??? She isnt the doctor is she??? Then how is she telling the doctor which dosage is suitable and which tests should be done or not?? And the bill was made accordingly. This is fraud! We admitted cheesy at the clinic and he was on fluids and was recovering as per them. Then today my mom kept calling for an update and kept asking them to send a video of cheesy's current state. Ashu the nurse there had spoken to her and told her he is way better then before and we will put a drip basically a booster injection now and had sent a video on whatsapp!! A while laterr a message was received that cheesy died and couldnt survive!!! Is this some kind of a joke? Right after the booster he couldnt survive? And in the video he was perfectly fine and improving??? The clinic and the unproffessional doctor and specially the manager who is trying to become the doctor here is responsible for his death! And they did not even botherrr calling us when it happened! We received nothingg. The moment my mother saw the message she rushed to the clinic and when we reached! Omg Cheesy was in the freaking fridge!!! 😭😭 Wrapped in tape his mouth everything was taped horribly!!! How freaking ruthless one can be! Shame on your existence really! Within a few minuites he was thrown in the fridge!!!! DO NOT GIVE ME the reason of disposing the body!! I cant even believe this. In a few min he was dumped in the fridge tape on his mouth body everywhere!!!! This is not how we got him admitted! The reason why i uploaded a picture of him is because shame on you guys for treating animals like this!!! Im sharing this for awareness! So other people read this and stop visiting your clinic! He was only 6 and was a very strong cat! And was mistreated Please do not take your pets here! As the clinic only cares about money. Shame!!!!

Great experience at the vet! Dr. Ahmad was extremely professional and explained all tests to us as new cat parents. Bharat told us all the packages relevant to our situation and overall the experience was comforting and peaceful🙏🏻

I cannot express enough my gratitude to Dr. Sasa for saving my dog. My dog suffered for 3 months with a severed skin condition. I was feeling hopeless after taking him to two different vet clinics where they failed to properly diagnose and treat his condition, he was getting worse, his skin was bleeding and he was constantly on pain and drugged out for the high doses of antihistamine and antibiotics. But Dr Sasa immediately identified the problem and the best thing about it is that he only treated him with a special shampoo, without oral medication that causes side effects for a such of small dog. Is been only one week and my dog is almost fully recovered🙏🏽 Here pictures of his original fur, then shaved with a skin condition then one week after almost fully recovered. Thank you

The staffs are very friendly and treats my kitten “Ashley” with great care. Customer service is excellent, and the doctors are always helpful and kind. Thanks for Dra. Esraa and Nurse Sagar they are so accommodating and explained everything as i’m first time caring a kitten..
