I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion provided by Dr. Green and the entire staff during my recent visit to the facility. My experience at VCA Westerville Animal Hospital was wonderful, and I cannot praise the level of care and professionalism enough. Dr. Green's dedication to ensuring the well-being of my beloved pet, Meatball, was truly remarkable. His compassionate approach and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations, and I felt reassured knowing that Meatball was in such capable hands. Dr. Green's follow-up after the surgery further exemplifies the commitment to providing the best care possible for every animal under his care. I have been so impressed by the level of service and care provided at VCA Westerville Animal Hospital that I would not hesitate to recommend your facility to anyone in need of veterinary services, The dedication and passion displayed by Dr, Green and the entire team are truly commendable, and I am grateful for the outstanding care that Meatball received. On a separate note, I was disheartened to come across a review suggesting that your facility turns away stray animals in need. Every animal deserves love and care, especially those who are abandoned or in distress. I strongly believe that veterinary facilities such as VCA Westerville Animal Hospital should be mandated to assist stray animals through funding or other means. It is essential that these vulnerable creatures receive the care and attention they desperately need, even when the person bringing them in are unable to afford the necessary treatment. I trust that you share the same values of compassion and responsibility towards all animals, and I hope that VCA Westerville Animal Hospital will continue to uphold the highest standards of care for both pets and stray animals alike. If there is a way to contribute to donations, I would like that information, in hopes that it will help with strays as well. Dr Beckett is AMAZING! He is professional, CARES about your FUR BABY and YOU! He is down to earth and does what he can to make sure your little ones are safe, healthy and you are happy with the results of EVERY Visit AND even surgeries! He listens to all of my concerns, paranoia and over exaggerations! He only charges for what WE BOTH agree is necessary! MY HUSBAND AND I LOVE HIM! I started coming to VCA over 3 years ago! I had a few issues with Fairfield VCA but once I found Dr. BECKETT EVERY concern, issues and problems I have had with my 6 little babies have been taken care of! I started with 1 baby/animal with THE FAIRFIELD AND HAD SOME ISSUES WITH STAFF NOT THE HOSPITAL AT ALL! But I was referred to the Westerville location where Doctor Beckett is frequently at and we have also visited the Sawmill location ( Which is SUPER AMAZING! VERY NICE AND SUPER UPSCALE) and have NOT had an issues! The staff are VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARE ABOUT YOUR FUR BABIES AND YOUR ISSUES! They actually LISTEN! Since visiting the Westerville and Sawmill locations as well as meeting Doctor Beckett WE have moved ALL six of OUR Fur babies to Dr Beckett from other Vet locations! DOCTOR BECKETT IS AMAZING! I WILL BE TAKING ALL OF MY LITTLE PRECIOUS FURRIES TO HIS OFFICE IN THE FUTURE! He is an AMAZING Veterinarian and Person!

Dr. Green was incredibly kind and compassionate throughout our experience here. He treated our kitty Freddy with the utmost care, making sure we understood every step of the process. Even during such a difficult time, his professionalism and empathy made us feel comforted and confident in Freddy’s care. Dr. Green ensured that Freddy was comfortable and at peace, and he supported us every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for better care from Dr. Green and his team during such an emotional time.

I brought my dog in due to an ear infection. She also had an ear infection in August, and at that previous appointment, I purchased a medicated ear flush for $35+. The instructions printed on the bottle were instill several drops of solution in both ears as needed. No demo was done to show me how to exactly use this product. So, today, I brought this product in with me. I explained I wasn’t sure how much to put in the ear, but that I did put some in last night, and I wiped it clean with cotton. Today, the vet tech, used the product I had previously purchased, and squirted a large amount in my dogs ear right in front of me. On my bill, I was charged for an ‘ear cleaning.’ That ‘cleaning’ was simply as described above—no wiping out al all. On my invoice, I was charged $38.35 for an ‘ear cleaning.’ When I questioned that, asking why I was charged for an ‘ear cleaning’ with a product I had previously purchased from this clinic and brought to this appointment with me, a receptionist who was not the one I was even dealing with, quipped, “That’s for the service.” This is not a ‘service’. This is an instance of putting money ahead of true and actual customer service, in my opinion. I previously bought their product, brought it in with me today and explained I had used it last night, but was unsure if I’d used it correctly… the right thing would have been for them to say yep, you did it right, or demo what I should have done. To charge me for putting a medicated wash that I’d brought in with me and previously paid for, in my dogs ear, is outrageous. Extremely disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I couldn't have been any more pleased. Staff is super friendly, comforting and helpful. VCA seemed to really care for our situation unlike all the other vet offices . They took very good care of my dog zero . He had a emergency fractured jaw surgery. The surgery went very well. I highly recommend this vet office with anyone's fur babies .
