We couldn’t be more impressed with the care and service at VCA! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us with our dog. Dr. Garrels was thorough, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to providing top-notch care. Special shoutout to the vet tech Glenn, who was equally amazing and made the entire experience stress-free. This is hands-down one of the best veterinary teams we’ve ever encountered, and we highly recommend them to any pet owner. Thank you, VCA, for taking such great care of our fur babies!

I’ve been taking my dogs, Storm and Logan, to VCA Sheeler Road Animal Hospital for two years, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with their care. Now, with our new addition, Rogue, Dr. Patel and Glenn went above and beyond. Rogue was nervous during her exam, but Glenn helped make her feel more comfortable, and Dr. Patel patiently answered all my questions. The team is full of love—I highly recommend them!

Glenn made our experience absolutely delightful. He was very reassuring, beyond informative, a positive light.. the list goes on. Thank you for making our cats visit smooth. With customer service like this, we’ll definitely be back! Give the man a raise, it’s well deserved !

I cannot express how thankful my wife and I are for the care we received today at VCA. Glenn and Dr. Patel made this stressful visit so much easier with their calming presence, expert knowledge, and care they showed our cat, Molly. They were quick to take care of the issue and explain our options for future care. This was our first time going to this office but we were treated like we've been seeing them for years. 10/10 experience, these guys are the best!

I was on the search for a new vet and remembered a friend was already being seen in practice and decided to give VCA sheeler a shot. It was the best decision I’ve made with my pets! Glenn and Ashley wheeler treated my Luna today and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received! Glenn was quick and thorough taking her information and vitals and kept me updated throughout the visit. Once Ashley came in she was able to provide a clear treatment plan and made sure to answer all questions and concern with great care! I will be promptly switching all 3 of my cats to VCA!
