VCA San Francis Animal Hospital

Upon entering I was greeted by a friendly staff and a calming environment. The vet techs and Vet were very informative and helpful. Our cat was also calm and relaxed through the whole experience.

Came here today 3/10 with my cat because he wasn’t feeling good. Check in was awesome. Clinical staff - GREAT with my kitty. Check out, however, has no sense of customer service in her body. She was too busy having a conversation with her coworkers to give me the time of day. I walk up, she verifies my cats name, then just kept talking to her friend. I ask if she’s ready for my payment and she looks at me and says she’s pulling everything up. She takes my payment, then continues talking to her friend. I ask, is there anything else? She, with attitude, says I’m printing your receipt then COMPLETELY TURNED HER BACK TO ME to talk to this girl. Gives me my receipt and dismisses me. I would’ve given this place 5 stars had it not been for the attitude of their checkout girl. She’s blonde and had her hair up in a bun and a rasp to her voice.

Everyone is professional and kind. They have done a great job helping my cat adjust to her new home. Poor old thing has been struggling since the move.

We love vca san Francis. They are so caring and take pride in taking care of your pet. We had to bring our cat in yesterday, and they did such a wonderful job taking care of her and helping her feel better. I highly recommend

I would like to thank Dr. Kinga for being able to handle my big baby Zeus who is a pitbull when everyone was scared of him. I would also thank her for being very caring for my new puppy Sophia who is King Charles Calavier. I would also like to thank her for being able to make my old dog’s life a lot more comfortable when he is not feeling well right now, Buddy a Maltese.
