I just recently got a puppy and have been taking him to see Lori Mills and Lea and I have been getting excellent treatment and care for my puppy. Lori Mills and Lea are always detailed when checking on my puppy's health and growth and always giving me helpful suggestions on how i can properly care for my puppy. They are always happy when I bring him and my puppy absolutely loves them! I highly recommend Lori Mills and Lea for pet care needs! They deserve 5 stars because they give 5 star service!

I wish I could give less than one star. A couple weeks after rescuing a dog, we were forced to forgo our usual vet due to an eye infection. It should have been my first red flag that VCA Roswell had availability. We saw Dr. Eidbo - I carefully explained the entirety of our situation to the vet (new dog, needs vaccines, etc.) and as a first time dog owner had a list of questions to go through. Not only did I feel rushed through the visit, but the quality of care was abysmal. Our dog was diagnosed with an eye infection and given a 7 day regimen of steroids. 5 days later when I was able to see my regular vet we learned both ears were also infected and eye infections have a tendency to spread so now both eyes were infected and we had to start the steroids over. In addition, they did a fecal and did not fully diagnose let alone explain to me the results (which included Giardia - which is contagious to humans and other animals in the home). I had to ask MULTIPLE times for my dog's vet records after the fact. This nightmare costed me over $400 and that is with the first visit free coupon. My recommendation would be to never take your animal here unless you truly have no other options.

This is our go-to vet for every pet we've had for over a decade. The staff is always friendly and always take good care of our fur-babies. A special shout out to Dr. Matt Roper for being the kindest, gentlest soul on the planet.

Wish I could recommend the office. Dr. Roper attempted to sell me dog food so he could make a commission, sold me Librela so he could make a commission, then talked over me and treated me with zero respect when I stated I wanted to discontinue the Librela due to clear deleterious effects on my dog. His response to this was to argue about restarting my dog's previous pain medication prescription, then he submitted a modified prescription to my pharmacy without telling me. In the future I will 100% avoid all vets that sell dog food in their office. Science Diet and Royal Canin are inferior dog foods. Dr. Roper did not seem to be familiar with Orijen, one of the indisputably highest quality dog foods-- he is too busy slinging "Science Diet" that has barley as its second ingredient. My dog doesn't eat filler, Doctor. Amended review: My new vet has confirmed that my dog should have never been prescribed Librela due to preexisting hip issues. My new vet also believes Librela damaged my dog's hip nerves further, making him have trouble controlling his hind legs today. Second edit: Months later, it is obvious that Librela caused my dog both cognitive and physical decline. He has never been the same since having just a couple of shots, and struggles today. This is a dog who received over $20,000 in surgical care during his lifetime and has been loved like a person. He has always eaten the best food, been exercised, played with, trained and coddled. Doctor Roper prescribed my dog Librela so that he could make a quick buck when he knew this medication could hurt dogs. Scumbag.

The staff is friendly and I love the doctors. They also groom dogs and cats and they board them as well.
