I couldn't recommend this place enough. We just adopted a dog on Saturday and we were a little worried but the vet tech very nice and knowledgeable, but she made us feel very comfortable. The veterinarian was funny smart and kinda our little mocha was very cared for so we know we will be coming back.

I took my cat Bali for her vaccines. It was her first visit at this clinic, she usually gets very stressed out when I take her to the veterinary and gets a little sick after the visit, but Dr. Rossetti was so kind and good with her, that she felt fine and is doing great. Is hard to find a good doctor for your pets, one that cares and makes them feel comfortable, I found that in Dr. Rossetti. I'm really happy I found him. I highly recommend him and this clinic. Everyone is nice, the place is clean and neat

I saw reviews for newly adopted clients and their babies and there were very low. I took Chester to his first visit days after his adoption and got my concerns heard and him looked at and got medicine right away. Got great feedback and walked out knowing he will be in good hands. He is sick and they gave him antibiotics and prescription bath shampoo and free bag of food and free flea and heartworm medication for a month. He was loved on while he was there and the doctor reached out the next day to answer my questions within minutes. They kept him separate because of his sneezing so he didn’t interact with other dogs. They told me to come back in a week to look at his allergies and see how well the shampoo does for him. I came with a list of questions and came out with all of them answered. It was a quick but effective visit! Thank you Dr. Rossetti! Left and spend only $77 total with free check up included. I will be switching my cat to be part of the VCA family as well

During our second experience at this location we have come to the conclusion to find another vet to take our dogs to. Teresa is one of the so rude for no reason. If you wanted to work in customer service then help the customers kindly. I gave this place a second chance. The first time it was the same person being rude like she doesn't like her job. I will not be taking my dogs here anymore. It was upsetting for my husband, my dog, my family, and I to deal with this behavior. The Vet was nice and kind which makes it sad but the front desk staff ruins it.

OMG THESE FOLKS ARE AMAZING!!!! The nicest receptionist, tech-vet and dr...ever!!! I expected that I'd need to sell a kidney to have my baby seen and it was VERY reasonable!! The dr allowed her to "hide " on the shelves😅😅 Thanks y'all for taking care of my baby!!!!
