May 13, 2025 · Katie GabrualI called this practice because I had concerns about my adult female cat. They were able to see her immediately. They were very kind and gentle with her
Mar 30, 2025 · Sandra SuittStill new to these folks, but they saved our Golden Retriever' s life when our regular Vet said everything was normal and we knew that something wasn't right. Long story short, Piper's Thyroid was none functional and her anxiety was ridiculous. VCA found the issue, took care of it and gave our Piper a new lease on life. Whereas the previous Vet who was reputable at one time said "all her numbers and counts were fine". Naturally, we immediately transferred our other 2 dogs to VCA, as they we very compassionate, professional, kind and caring. It was the right choice for us. If you choose VCA, you will be very satisfied with them! Thank you VCA, Chad & Linda K
Aug 05, 2024 · Chad KhelfaThis place is great! I been bringing all 4 of my pets here for many years. They are the absolute best. Super professional and friendly. They always keep me updated and informed on all my pets care. I highly recommend! 10/10
Oct 16, 2024 · Max LapazOlder dark haired lady vet assistant was very loud and threatened my kitten she was going to put him back in his cage because she was loud and causing him anxiety (mind you this is only his 2nd vet visit in 3 weeks at 6 months of age). The same vet assistant admitted to sending the actual vet into the wrong room in which they had to verify my pet and she was like see it's not so and so I mixed them up and sent you to the wrong room. They charged me a $99 exam fee when I was literally just there 3 weeks ago with my kitten and was only there to get booster shots. They also charged me full price again for the booster shots when I had already paid for the initial shots and it seems to me if it's a booster then it would have been paid for in the first initial shot price. When I raised my question about why I was paying another $99 exam fee when we were just here 3 weeks ago and nothing would have changed and we were only there to get booster shots and that I've never paid that much for an exam fee before the vet told me well, settle your bill today and go to the other vet with the lower charge then (Locke Taylor). When I raised the question about why I was being charged full price again for booster shots they told me that my pet actually didn't need the booster shots. I only went here because my original vet (Locke Taylor) could not get us in soon enough for a rabies shot that my kitten needed before getting neutered and VCA had an opening literally the next day. These shots cost $17 and $32 totalling $49 that I would pay once when getting my kitten neutered but I figured I would give them the business since we were already there never knowing I would be charged $65 and $75 TWICE totalling $280! On our first visit tried to talk me into some type of yearly insurance plan billed my the month when they literally knew I was only there to get the single rabies shot and find out how much it was going to cost to have him neutered. The quote for the neuter was between $915 and $1,000!! WTFFFFF I am getting it done for less than $100!!
