Jan 28, 2025 · Ron ByrdIs there a character limit on this? I can not say enough about how amazing my experiences have been at paw prints. I was first introduced when taking care of my mom's dog who came down with pneumonia while she was out of town. They impressed me so much with their no hassle, fast response, genuinely caring experience that I decided to switch my two cats over. Over the past few months we have been there a LOT with routine check ups, neutering, medical emergency and then a month old new addition. Every time we go I have such thoughtful service. Dr. Beckner is my go to gal, but I am equally impressed with Dr. Bunton and Dr. K when they have stepped in when Dr. Beckner has not been available. Just an all around AMAZING group of people! Have not had one single regret in making the change because of them a have 3 healthy good lookin' boys :)
Aug 28, 2019 · Amanda ScheurichBeen going to pawprint for the past few years. Dr. Kieskowski is amazing, but she is on vacation so when my dog got sick I had to see the new doctor. Dr. Colborn The dr. and the tech lacked any kind of understanding or compassion. I told them he was eating off and on, I told them he was drinking, I told them he threw up once. The vet was trying to tell me that because my dog was 12 he was old and just had to make him comfortable. not ever asking about his daily routine and not knowing that just before he got sick he was going for hour long walks and playing and eating well. They gave me a laudry list of things to buy to heal what he didn't know what was wrong. It would add up between $400-$500. Couldn't do it and they don't care. On the list was something so he wouldn't get dyhydrated eventhough I told him my baby was drinking water. From the list I got a couple of things but it didn't work. Went to another vet, he looked at my dog and without any tests knew my dog was bleeding internally. He took a needle and took blood out of his abdomen. my baby was bleeding internally. I had to let him go. My heart is broken to peices. The new vet wasn't focused on tests and all kinds of things that would cost hundreds of dollars. The suffering my dog went through, the way the vet didn't listen and the coldness of the tech, has all been shocking and painful. I miss my baby and I cry every day. and if the vet had listened perhaps it would have been a different ending. Money speaks loudly!
Jan 13, 2025 · Solcha JourneyVERY PLEASED with our entire experience! We loved Dr. Cross and every person we came in contact with! Thank you!!
Mar 26, 2025 · Lelia Jozwiakgreat experiences with the vets here — keeps us coming back! however, definitely not a low-cost clinic. also, they lost my pet’s files on multiple occasions leading to me having to bring him in and adding unnecessary costs
