Update.. still loving everyone from the front staff to the vets. Everyone knows you and your pets when you come in. I've heard several great things from various people as well as seen the doctors in person. They seem to care for the families and treat me with understanding and kindness when I discussed transferring from my veterinarian of 20 years. The place has changed over the years and it's been very disappointing for me. Almost everyone is kind. However, after my 2 favorite vets left, my dog just can't handle going. I'm hopeful for a good match.
