OMG!!! After 15 years and 5 rescued dogs of being a client our relationship is done. Why the 3 stars? That's what happened when I thought about the 14 yrs, 51 wks. In short, 2nd trip in a wk for sick, aggressive, drugged (because he must be for the visit), muzzled dog that after 12 hrs was not seen. Full disclosure- we did speak to Director. We called a wk later to inform him of our experience and was credited for our first ER visit. However, nothing hurts more than knowing your pet is ill and your finally told that it would be better if you went to another Dr. based on a cursory prior visit to then go to another ER and find out that besides a tear there's Lymphoma.
