Great with the animals but like all of the other veterinarians they are extremely expensive. Average visit cost around 200 and most basic procedures that requires anesthesia will cost nearly 2000. Hard to do on a fixed budget

I can鈥檛 thank VCA enough for the care my girl gets every time we come in for a visit. Specifically one incident when my girl was 4mo old. -Story Time- On Nov 15 at minutes before closing,,, We came in because Zeva was shaking and started to have seizures. It was a late night visit that ended up at the ER vet as well. Zeva had a total of 52 seizures that night and was totally paralyzed by morning. It was decided that given her young age and the condition she was in after that night, she be put to rest馃槬 The next day at 10 Am we walked into out appointment seeing Dr Pawl. Before we let her go, Dr Pawl decided to try one more thing, and that I have no clue what it was called but she is a miracle worker!馃槻 Zeva paralyzed an unable to move was brought back to life like the little crazy puppy I knew she was. The team and doctors at this facility are above any others I have EVER visited. Thank you Dr Pawl, Dr Halais, and ALL the vet techs and front desk workers for saving my Best Friend. Thank you for the continued care every time we visit. There isn鈥檛 anything I could say to show how much I truly appreciate this team! Thank you! Thank you! Keep Up the Amazing work, and Keep saving lives!

When my dog started having problems in the middle of the night on a Sunday, we weren鈥檛 sure where we鈥檇 be able to get him in the next day. North Ridge was able to take him and get him sorted out first thing with subcutaneous fluids and some special food to get his belly sorted out. Then, my cat started throwing up almost daily and losing drastic amounts of weight, and we had no idea why. Dr. Mohammadpour patiently took us step by step through the process of figuring out what was wrong. He now has a diagnosis and prescription food, his weight has stabilized, and the daily vomiting has stopped. We are so grateful for the care they鈥檝e received. North Ridge doesn鈥檛 cut corners, and they go out of their way to show that they care about our pets as much as we do.

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. The building is clean and well maintained. We've been a customer of theirs for a few years with no problems or complaints.

Won't come back here ever. We found a cat back in November 2023 and had her seen here. They were ridiculously fast checking her over and told us she needed to get spayed. Yesterday we took her in to get spayed and she's ALREADY been spayed. So we had to pay extra without a refund because we were told it's what she needed. Again maybe next time actually take time to examine the animals properly and you won't lose customers. We miss All Creatures in Geneva so much.
