The staff was friendly and they honored the time of our appointment. Very easy to get to, only a few minutes off of route 24 and there was plenty of parking. Clean and tidy inside. Will update this review after our next appointment. Update - our cat had three removed and she's back to her old happy self again!

Based on feedback from our clients, VCA North Main Street Veterinary Clinic is appreciated for its friendly and efficient staff. One customer noted that the team honored their appointment time, indicating a commitment to respecting our clients' schedules. The clinic's location is also highlighted as convenient, situated just a few minutes away from Route 24 with ample parking available, making it easily accessible for pet owners in the area. Upon entering our facility, clients can expect a clean and tidy environment, reflecting our dedication to maintaining a comfortable and hygienic space for your pets' care.
We offer a range of veterinary services to address the health needs of your animal companions. One positive update from a client detailed a successful dental procedure, where their cat had three teeth removed and subsequently returned to her happy and healthy state. This indicates our capability in providing surgical services, including dental care, aimed at improving your pet's quality of life.
However, it is important to present a comprehensive and objective view based on all available feedback. One customer shared a significantly negative experience regarding the medical treatment their dog received at our clinic. Their review expressed concerns about the prescription of antibiotics and the recommendation for vaccinations while their dog was reportedly unwell. This client felt that the treatment led to a severe decline in their dog's health. It is crucial to acknowledge such feedback and recognize the importance of accurate diagnostics and appropriate treatment protocols in veterinary care. We continuously strive to provide the highest standard of medical care and take all concerns seriously.
The same negative review did offer a positive comment regarding our reception staff, noting that the receptionist does their best to assist with scheduling appointments. This suggests that our front-of-house team is dedicated to providing helpful and accessible service in terms of appointment booking and client coordination. Efficient scheduling is an important aspect of a well-functioning Pet Hospital, ensuring that pet owners can access care when they need it.
As a Pet Hospital within the VCA network, VCA North Main Street Veterinary Clinic provides a variety of services that typically include routine wellness examinations, vaccinations (though the timing and appropriateness are critical, as indicated by the negative review), parasite prevention, dental care (as evidenced by the successful extraction case), and diagnostics. Diagnostics may involve laboratory testing, imaging (such as X-rays), and other tools to help our veterinarians accurately assess your pet's health concerns. Based on the contrasting reviews, it's evident that while some clients have had positive experiences with our services, particularly in areas like convenience and specific treatments, others have raised serious concerns about the quality of medical care and diagnostic accuracy.
It is common for Pet Hospitals to also offer goods for sale, such as prescription medications, specialized pet food, and other veterinary supplies. These products are often recommended by our veterinarians to support your pet's health and treatment plans. While the provided reviews do not explicitly detail the range of products available at VCA North Main Street Veterinary Clinic, you can likely expect access to essential veterinary supplies through our facility.
Currently, the provided information does not include any specific promotional offers or details about discounts for services or products. For any current promotions or special offers for new clients or specific services, we encourage you to contact VCA North Main Street Veterinary Clinic directly at (508) 584-1476 or +1 508-584-1476. We have received positive feedback regarding our friendly and efficient staff, as well as successful outcomes for certain treatments like dental extractions. However, it is important to acknowledge the serious concerns raised by one client regarding the quality of medical care, diagnostics, and the appropriateness of treatment recommendations. We are committed to providing quality veterinary care and take all feedback seriously as we continuously work to improve our services and ensure the well-being of our patients. We encourage local pet owners to contact us to learn more about the services we offer and to discuss any specific needs or concerns they may have.

Mar 08, 2024 · Reno LucasHorrible doctors and bad diagnostics. They gave to my dog a bad treatment of antibiotics and deceive us to put 2 vaccines to my dog while my dog was sick. All these is ending having my dog sick to almost dead. The only reason I gave 1 star is because the receptionist do all they can for help you to schedule an appointment.
